We received a call from our Pool Contractor that they could start within 4 days when we were not scheduled for another 4 weeks. Mark was pleasant and as professional as it gets. Mark showed up 30 minutes earlier than the agreed time to make sure he set up all his awesome equipment and be able to start right on the agreed time. He had a lot of ideas on how to complete a complicated job, he was diligent, extremely cautious and his work was of high quality. He cleaned up after the job was done and at the end, it was like he was never there (minus the disappearance of the dangerous dead branches that were previously hovering over our heads). Continuing rain and wind from tropical storm Florence caused two very tall trees to break and become hung up in vines and threaten a large storage building on our property. On a Sunday morning, during steady rain and wind, Mark came up with a plan to bring the trees down that he and his assistant Jacob executed perfectly, with absolutely no damage to the building. His fee was very reasonable, especially considering the conditions at the time and the fact that the work was done on a Sunday morning. I would be happy to use his services in the future. read more

Mark is super knowledgeable about trees (health and threat), respectful of them and their place in the ecosystem, and exceptionally competent at pruning them with surgical precision, taking them down, and cleaning up the mess. Mark was fantastic and was communicative from start to finish. We had a large oak that died suddenly, several years ago, and was rotting away.
