Stephen is a Chiropractor and so he approaches things from a "where does it hurt, how can we strengthen the muscles so that it stops hurting" where Leah is a strength and cardio trainer. The gym is always immaculate! They pride themselves on keeping it clean and user friendly. Not only are Stephen and Leah great people, they are a great asset to Robbinsdale and to the fitness community.

Immediately was hooked. I ended up getting the 4 classes per month membership and it's plenty to keep me engaged without burning out. Literally, because these classes are insanely hard. Overall facilities are nice, I wish there were showers or even more than just 2 bathrooms because I'd prefer to take a class before heading into the office but do need to get ready. It also gets a little cramped in there sometimes. I get that classes fill up so having the extra machine or two can make a difference, but there are times I feel like I might be holding hands with my neighbor.
