I brought the car to Heartland Tire thinking it was Alternator. Low and behold it was the battery. After eating humble pie it was fixed within hour and I was back on the road. Beings that I'm an Investigator and was traveling to an active investigation scene, I could not wait a full day. Luckily, my boyfriend is amazing and even though he is currently active duty military, he was able to purchase the tires for me in Des Moines (2 hours away) and receive leave to drive them to me for the shop to put on my vehicle. ‼ EXCEPT, Daniel Tire REFUSED to put the tires on my vehicle because they weren't purchased there‼ I called a friend in Fort Dodge and they said, "You're at the wrong tire shop! Go to a Graham Tire." I drove slowly to Graham Tire and they were AMAZING!!! Not only were they happy to put the tires on my vehicle, they were extremely pleasant. They even showed hospitality to my dog and invited her into the air conditioned waiting room!! I honestly cannot say enough good things about the service I received at Graham Tire! It is not a good feeling to be in an unfamiliar place experiencing vehicle issues. Graham Tire treated me like family and it made my heart feel full. There aren't a lot of businesses like this around anymore. Thank you! Go to Graham Tire! They are trustworthy and amazing! You will not be disappointed.

Dave called the car rental company, who told us we had a full spare in the trunk, and that they'd send someone to change the tire. We checked the trunk and found a donut tire, not a full size spare. We didn't want to drive on the interstate with that tire, so we cancelled the service call from the rental company. Fortunately, someone recommended Marlie's. We called them forty minutes before they closed and they were so nice! They told us to come by so they could take a look at the tire They removed the screw, patched our tire, and only charged $30. Plus, we had a really nice conversation while we waited. As a bonus, they recommended dinner at Seneca Street Saloon. We ordered pizza, and it was delicious! Marlie's is the best!

YEA!! truck is behaving well and as the ignition control continues to not detect the annoying event it continues to get weller each day. we had some small confusion about when I could pick up, but it was resolved quickly and amicably. seems a nice place and decent folks
