I chalked it up to them trying to sell a battery. Fast forward after jump starting the battery 3 additional times the battery completely died. Beings that I'm an Investigator and was traveling to an active investigation scene, I could not wait a full day. Luckily, my boyfriend is amazing and even though he is currently active duty military, he was able to purchase the tires for me in Des Moines (2 hours away) and receive leave to drive them to me for the shop to put on my vehicle. ‼ EXCEPT, Daniel Tire REFUSED to put the tires on my vehicle because they weren't purchased there‼ I called a friend in Fort Dodge and they said, "You're at the wrong tire shop! Go to a Graham Tire." I drove slowly to Graham Tire and they were AMAZING!!! Not only were they happy to put the tires on my vehicle, they were extremely pleasant. They even showed hospitality to my dog and invited her into the air conditioned waiting room!! I honestly cannot say enough good things about the service I received at Graham Tire! It is not a good feeling to be in an unfamiliar place experiencing vehicle issues. Graham Tire treated me like family and it made my heart feel full. I didn't think to call Pingles because I thought they just fixed tires. Pingles was free to look at it and give me an estimate.
