I chalked it up to them trying to sell a battery. Fast forward after jump starting the battery 3 additional times the battery completely died. I brought the car to Heartland Tire thinking it was Alternator. Low and behold it was the battery. After eating humble pie it was fixed within hour and I was back on the road. I drove there very slowly. once I arrived, a Daniel Tire Rep told me they did not have the size of tire I would need in stock and it would have to be ordered, likely it would not be there until the next day. Beings that I'm an Investigator and was traveling to an active investigation scene, I could not wait a full day. Luckily, my boyfriend is amazing and even though he is currently active duty military, he was able to purchase the tires for me in Des Moines (2 hours away) and receive leave to drive them to me for the shop to put on my vehicle. ‼ EXCEPT, Daniel Tire REFUSED to put the tires on my vehicle because they weren't purchased there‼ I called a friend in Fort Dodge and they said, "You're at the wrong tire shop! Go to a Graham Tire." I drove slowly to Graham Tire and they were AMAZING!!! Not only were they happy to put the tires on my vehicle, they were extremely pleasant. They even showed hospitality to my dog and invited her into the air conditioned waiting room!! I honestly cannot say enough good things about the service I received at Graham Tire! It is not a good feeling to be in an unfamiliar place experiencing vehicle issues. Graham Tire treated me like family and it made my heart feel full. There aren't a lot of businesses like this around anymore. Thank you! Go to Graham Tire! They are trustworthy and amazing! You will not be disappointed.

Quoted one price and when I went to pick up the vehicle they wanted over $150 dollars more for something that I had never asked them or authorized them to fix. Totally fucked me over because now instead of waiting another week to take it somewhere and get it fixed like I would have had they consulted me at all about the extra work I have to figure out how to get to my job all week without a vehicle. I will never ever take anything to them again and I will tell everyone that ever asks me where to take their vehicle not to go here because they are crooks and will rip you off at the first opportunity.
