As a new patient it took about a month to get an appointment and most unfortunately, the next step requires a separate appointment which is 5 weeks out. That puts the necessary surgery another 4 to 6 weeks out. That's a long time to fix an issue. However, the Dr. made me feel comfortable and was amicable with solutions to my issues and concerns.

I can't even see with these glasses anymore. I called rosin eyecare to ask if they had warranty for these since I bought them under a year ago, or if there was warranty through the lab, but all they told me was "just because it's anti-scratch doesn't mean it's scratch proof." But I don't like how they said that because I had glasses all my life and I never had this happen before to lenses. I only clean them with microfiber cloths too. They are very bad quality. I won't be coming here ever again and I recommend you go elsewhere for your eye care.
