The seating is comfy, both in the bigger gathering areas and the rooms have great high back cushioned chairs. There are multi-stall bathrooms for both men and women and a kitchen areas with a coffee set up and big fridge. They have garbage and recycling in all areas, a big plus.

With plenty of seating from the gorgeous green couch, to the white sofa, to sitting chairs, and tables, this is a space sure to spark creativity. It's a great venue to book for really any occasion. You can use a personal desk space, but I opted to sit in the kitchen/break area, which is large and comfortable. Coffee, snacks, and Artemis teas are available (and free!). My only complaints were that there are not a lot of electrical outlets in the break room space. Also, it was quite chilly, I should have brought a light sweater or hoodie. Neither of these things were much of a problem though. They have a free coworking day on the second Thursday of the month. I highly recommend giving this a try.

We've been renting a lot for our rv from Washington Terrace for the last three years. The management was very helpful in getting our rv hooked up as we were first time rv buyers. The location is near all the amenities we could ask for while being quiet at night. Our neighbors were welcoming and friendly, and made me feel safer about leaving our rv for extended periods of time while my husband was between jobs and we went back home. The park itself is neatly kept. Some may not like being asked to cut their grass, but I appreciated it as all the lots were well maintained. Sadly, my husband's job has ended and we're taking our rv back home. If he ever has work in the area again and we need a place to rent, Washington Terrace remains our first choice.

There is so much going on at Aksarben with all of the recent additions which makes living here fun and convenient. I love that it's a busy enough area but it feels safe. Everyone working here is super responsive and I haven't had any issues so far at all. I love the apartment itself they are clean, look nice, the bedrooms and closets are huge- overall just really nice apartments! I also love all of the amenities. There are two gyms which is super convenient. There are also two pools that are so fun to hangout by on a warm day. The community is friendly and fairly quiet. I've never had noise issues with any neighbors which can't always be said about apartments! Overall, I highly recommend looking into broadmoor if you're looking for a new place to live!

Everything is clean, and maintenance keeps the grounds looking nice year round. When something is broke, it gets fixed - FAST. As far as the office staff goes, they are some of the nicest I've every met. I've lived in apartments for 14 years, and this is the by far the best complex in Omaha. I get same day texts/phone calls when I have a package, and the staff always greets me by name - with a great big smile. Sounds like the other reviewer is just someone who walks through life with a chip on their shoulder. No wonder they didn't like you!! Now go feed your face with some doughnuts and stop your whining.
