Not only are they flexible with your membership, but they also offer different pricing options and spaces. There truly is something for everyone. Additionally, the staff is very helpful and kind. I have had nothing but a great experience here and would 100% recommend joining this community to anyone. The community the staff creates makes everyone feel welcome. Whether you join for the coworking or co-warehousing space, you'll enjoy being part of it. Some of the additional perks that make this coworking space great for me include free snacks throughout the building, multiple places to work beyond just the space you rent, and a third floor with a full-size fridge (which they keep clean), along with a microwave, toaster, and air fryer. There is also coffee and tea available to all members, a parking garage option you can add to your membership, fast internet, printer access, secure building access, and 24/7 availability. A perfect place for any entrepreneur or small business!

That kind of support really sets them apart. The space itself is absolutely stunning--full of bold color and personality, but also super versatile. There are a variety of photography backdrops that make it easy to create professional content or just capture fun moments with friends. The management was very helpful in getting our rv hooked up as we were first time rv buyers. The location is near all the amenities we could ask for while being quiet at night. Our neighbors were welcoming and friendly, and made me feel safer about leaving our rv for extended periods of time while my husband was between jobs and we went back home. The park itself is neatly kept. Some may not like being asked to cut their grass, but I appreciated it as all the lots were well maintained. Sadly, my husband's job has ended and we're taking our rv back home. If he ever has work in the area again and we need a place to rent, Washington Terrace remains our first choice.
