I could have bought a new faucet for $125.00. When I questioned him he told me the timer starts when he arrives and if he has to go get a part the timer does not stop. Never use them again. Got me once but not again.

Tom came out and replaced the spickett for about a fourth of the cost the other company quoted. He was extremely reasonable! He was punctual and was at my house when he said he would be. He was very knowledgable and cleaned up after completing the job. He also provided good customer service. In the future, Tom will be the only plumber I will call. I think he deserves a five star rating! Please give him a call. You will be very pleased.
