Tom came out and replaced the spickett for about a fourth of the cost the other company quoted. He was extremely reasonable! He was punctual and was at my house when he said he would be. He was very knowledgable and cleaned up after completing the job. He also provided good customer service. In the future, Tom will be the only plumber I will call.
