I ate that dish CLEAN. My friend ordered the fish and chips, and asked if there was any way she could get mashed potatoes instead of fries because she isn't into too much fried food. The restaurant was very accommodating. My friend is also an Ironman and we found out that our bartender was also one as well! They have live music on the weekends I believe. So I asked what's the meaning and they answered that there were customers coming at 17:00, I replied back that we were customers already sitting it that place, he said they have a policy for customers drinking only to stay max 2 hours at the table. I went to speack with the manager and the answer was the same. I felt unwanted and poorly served. I believe such rudness cannot be forgiven. I always feel awkward having to ask for the check, but I am getting better at it Overall, the experience was just what we were looking for: something warm and cozy after a week of dreary, cold Irish weather overlaid on top of our 12+ hour workdays.
