Over the past few months, our family has received several floral arrangements in the wake of my…read moremother's passing and during recovery from a major surgery. Each gesture was deeply appreciated, but the arrangement we received today was truly extraordinary. From the moment it arrived, it took our breath away. The artistry, elegance, and attention to detail were simply remarkable. Every bloom was thoughtfully chosen, creating a stunning tapestry of color, texture, and beauty. The wrapped vase elevated the presentation even further, transforming the arrangement into a work of art rather than simply a bouquet. In a season when kindness has meant so much, this arrangement stood out as one of the most beautiful and memorable gifts we have received. Thank you for creating something so breathtaking and meaningful. Exceptional work--truly unforgettable.

I initiated this process in early May, providing full details, color palettes, and specific flower…read morepreferences well in advance. To simplify the order, I cut our original request in half by removing the smaller arrangements to focus on the key statements. Despite providing clear direction early on, the entire experience was marked by significant issues: Communication Breakdown: There were long, concerning gaps in communication throughout the process. The email sent on June 29th left it completely unclear that standalone arrangements were being replaced, leaving us with arrangements meant for pillars that were never provided. Subpar Quality and Unmet Aesthetic: The final arrangement did not match the aesthetic or quality of work I anticipated. While I understood that wisteria vines were out of season, in-season flowers like hydrangeas and peonies--which were specifically requested--were either omitted or poorly executed. The overall display felt like a rushed, last-minute attempt to cover up a severe oversight rather than a professional, thoughtfully designed arrangement. Unacceptable Delivery Execution: Adding insult to injury, I was charged a $75 delivery fee, yet on the day of the event, I was expected to meet your team at the venue entrance and carry the arrangements inside myself. Charging a delivery fee for a service that required the client to perform the manual labor is entirely unacceptable.(This was communicated but did not state a delivery fee would still be charged) For a once-in-a-lifetime family event, the combination of poor communication, failure to honor design specifications, and unprofessional delivery execution was deeply disappointing. I am sharing this feedback with the expectation that it provides a clear picture of where your service failed to meet basic standards, and in hopes that these practices are corrected for future clients.

I recently asked Ginger for her assistance (VERY last minute) on my wedding flowers. Not only did…read moreshe know exactly what I wanted (she managed to find coraly-pink peonies to match my bridesmaids' dresses), but she managed to have multiple long-distance consultations and get gorgeous arrangements together in the short amount of time I gave her. While every other florist that I spoke to projected a lot of their own ideas of what was appropriate (traditionally the bride has a white bouquet...NOT what I wanted) Ginger was ready to do anything I asked! Luckily she had already done a bouquet (that I just randomly happened to pin on Pinterest MONTHS before speaking to Ginger) similar to what I envisioned. Ginger walked me through practically every blossom of the first bouquet to determine what I did and didn't like and how she was going to make my bouquets. Everything turned out absolutely lovely and picking up (she also delivers!) was super easy! I highly recommend Ginger to be a part of planning your perfect wedding day!

I mean seriously, people are raving about the flowers. First off, Ginger is such a pleasure to work with. Don't think you have to pay for some fancy storefront to get fabulous, creative, artistic and unique floral design for your wedding. Ginger and her staff work out of her home and this will be a HUGE plus for you as a bride. Her prices are very good for the amazing quality of flower and creative design elements you will get for your dollar. The variety of flowers Ginger pulled together were stunning. And then there was the smell...oh my...they just smelled fabulous. Our bride wanted a romatic English garden look and Ginger nailed it. She is easy to work with, on time, professional, and has a great staff. They were excellent on the set up and take down between the church and reception. Everything was flawless. I will be using her again for any other events and floral needs I have in the future. Wish I could post some pics.

My best friend lost two of the most important people in her life in the same week. She is in Georgia; I am in California. I tried to send her flowers simply to bring her a small moment of comfort. Instead, this experience turned into a nightmare. My order was canceled under the excuse that they were closed for the day and the Thanksgiving weekend -- despite their website clearly stating they were open and accepting orders. I was told the same day that I had been refunded. That refund never happened. Instead, I continued to be charged by a third-party processor on their behalf, while the company repeatedly insisted there was "no charge." At different points, I was told: * the order was canceled and refunded, * the flowers were delivered (they were not), * and finally, that there was no record of the transaction at all. Each call resulted in a different story. When I asked for written confirmation of the cancellation or refund, the owner, Mike, hung up on me. Their systems are archaic, their record-keeping is nonexistent, and their ethics are deeply questionable. In moments when compassion and professionalism matter most, this company showed neither. Do not trust them with your money -- especially during a time of loss.

I explained that I wanted something sent to the funeral home and that I was not particular about what flowers would be sent, but that I wanted it to be at the $60 price point. She said they would deliver a green plant. It was delivered and was a fine plant (an average peace lily - unfortunately one of four there), but when I saw the charge on my credit card, it was for $80. I have done this same routine multiple times for funerals, but with other florists based on the funeral location and all other florists have delivered flowers for the agreed upon $60 price.
