Amazing restaurant! Food is top notch and so is the service. If anybody is going to Morgantown, this is truly a small town gem!

This restaurant has gone down hill ever since new people bought it it's really sad seeing a hometown favorite go down the drain food is mediocre at best, inside is not cleaned regularly and employees aren't wiping tables before seating new customers. read more

This is a classic country diner and it has a great sentimental design and feeling when you walk inside. I've been doing some work in Morgantown and this place is very convenient to stop by and get lunch for everyone to take back to the site. The food tastes very good- I've had the bacon cheeseburger, curly fries, and sweet potato fries. All were great! I will say, if you have a sensitive tummy, beware. I've had a slight stomachache both times I went by (and others in my crew did too) so just know that the grease and fried-ness may cause a little discomfort. But if it tastes good, it's worth it, right? The bathrooms were very clean and the employees were very kind and helpful in getting our carry-out order fulfilled. I'll probably be back because it's convenient for work but also I want to try some of their desserts (they have lots of pies) and a milkshake! read more

It is still 5 stars here. They have been here as long as I can remember, opening early at 5AM for breakfast, and close at 9PM. Although there is a huge selection of items on the menu I always seem to get the large catfish dinner that comes with two sides. The fish is cooked fresh and the large serving size fills you up. I can say the brown beans and corn bread are a good choice for a side. read more

Good local restaurant for meat and three or good old fashioned cheese burger and tots

Farm boy is the classic country and comfort food establishment. It's like a mom and pop cracker Barrell. They have a super homely feel and decorations with super nice staff that make you feel like a member of the family. Their menu has pretty much anything you could want from soup to salads to burgers to breakfast food. Portions are huge for the price, and the country boy burger is an especially good deal (and delicious!). read more

I like eating at the Farm Boy when I come to Morgantown to visit my mother in-law on a visit. The old fashioned town diner opens early for breakfast 5 am and closes late for dinner. I have eaten here many times and it is always fresh and delicious and on Friday evenings they serve really great catfish. Everything I have eaten here is always fresh and tasty. The cheeseburger and fries is a great lunch selection. The inside of the restaurant is nothing fancy but always clean and nice. A great small town jewel! read more

Had the catfish dinner last night, it was excellent. There were 6 pieces and were large size, good tasting batter, Cole slaw is the best and love the crinkle fries. My wife's Chef salad was very good, fresh and large size. Seemed like they used local produce as it was that fresh. read more

They failed to provide me with biscuits. Bacon was over cooked. Hash browns were fried potatoes seasoned with butter.

This place is great. Knew it would be good when we pulled into the lot and it was full at 5:00 pm. Walked in an seen a barber pole first thing so I was hooked. Lol.
