She was Gentle, Considerate & Comminicative terminating after half a Jaw .... We decided ' mutually ' that a 2 hour session could be a little long for a Senior like myself to be on the Chair. Very kind of her ....... No Pressure Situation & Kind Professional Folks whose main concern is to put patients @ ease. E-Z parking in The PLAZA .... Mr. Charbel was the ' Catalyst ' who made things happen... If u are patient and considerate giving them a fair chance to help - they will .... Waited another 20 minutes to see Dentist. Was told needed x-rays although had them done 6 months ago and declined. Was informed they needed to do their own X-Rays and would wave the cost. (we will see if this is true after reading the other posts) Dentist comes into room and starts poking my gums, letting me know I need an immediate deep cleaning. Keep in mind my last dentists told me I had great gums and teeth for years. Im no Dentist, and we have to trust our experts. However, I feel they are using unnecessary expensive treatments. Basically it was going to be $875 for 2 treatments for a cleaning. Agreed to a basic Deep cleaning for $100 as they said I needed this immediately.
