I ended up making a complaint, and I will say, the regional manager did get back to me and investigated it. He called me directly to profusely apologize for his staff's behavior and said he'd handle it in more ways than one. I believe he did because when I went back, they were uncharacteristically nice to me and overly complimentary like they'd been reprimanded. That said, I don't feel comfortable going back to this particular location. Dr. Chowdhury in Old Bridge suggested I switch to the Iselin location because it's closer to me, but I'll be returning to him even if it's a bit of a trek. The staff there are much kinder.
