Cafe looks respectable and market seem to have some quality options when these places are open during the day. I was around here about 630 pm and it was still probably a bit more interesting for me to get something here than the typical convenience store or typical fast food. Picked up a turkey wrap for about 2.29 as they were going to toss it if not sold sorta thing. I felt a vibe that I stuck out as not a local there. Tried to offer a random stranger points for my purchase but he claimed he didn't have a market card despite buying so much stuff. Felt I might've scared him and I just kept my distance from him after that :/ I just wish I had picked up the 99 cent sliced mushrooms that I could've eaten the next day and maybe a bakery item or too many haha. Maybe next time if I am up that way.

When The Tubby Olive had left their space some time ago at the Reading Terminal Market (see my review!) I was quite disappointed as it was a very regular stop for me to get my fair share of olive oil and flavored balsamic dressings. But, their main shop in Newtown, PA is not too long of a drive to continue to make the trip to get my oils and balsamic. Also, Newtown has some other great shops and restaurants so it makes for a nice day trip. Tubby Olive has dozens of oils and balsamic in all kinds of awesome flavors stored in metal tubs that allow you to sample every single one if you so desired. They have two main sizes of bottles, but then they also have tiny bottles for some nice gift sets already put together. You can sign up for the frequent customer discount where after nine bottles your tenth is free. The store is quaint with old wooden floors and I've never had any bad customer service. I tend to rotate between the Traditional 18-Year Balsamic and the Fig Balsamic, and for oils they separate them between mild, medium, and robust. I tend to like the different mild oils and choose one on the spot after trying them. I'm more than happy to give Tubby Olive my business. You should, too. Very quality products. Prices have risen in recent times, but I still come back. Large bottles are about $40 and regular $20.

I also like how you can taste them before you buy. No matter what you like you will be able to find a vinegar that matches your pallette and dish that you are cooking. As far as Olive Oil, we prefer the robust blends but they have medium and mild as well. They are always mixing it up so they have a big variety. They also have infused olive oil. I like the blood orange to mix with the fruit infused balsamics for a salad dressing. You can shop in the store store if you like samples. They also ship and have the same selection on line. So if you cannot make it into the store, you can still order their great products. The bottom line is it is worth the drive to browse the store and sample the selections. This is the place to get all of your olive oil or balsamic vinegar.

The best way to maintain/improve your health is to live a quality lifestyle, see your doctor…read moreregularly and be educated about how to maintain your wellbeing on a daily basis through diet, exercise and appropriate nutritional supplements that can assist you in small ways often overlooked by allopathic physicians. Holly Hill Health is a 30+ year retail space in the Montgomery Commons Mall. It is one of the largest outlets for health foods, vitamins and esoteric capsules of natural minerals, oils and topical creams in the region. In addition to all those bottles on shelves, its staff is extremely knowledgeable on the proper use, dosage and alternatives that must be considered when assisting in personal health while also taking instruction from a personal physician. Their nutritionists and holistic specialists know the right questions to be asked, listen closely to your answers, and walk you to the section of the store where they show you what to consider. In my situation, I was looking for a few things for the family; lecithin for hair strengthening, Vitamin C, D3 and K-2 for enhanced immunity and cardiovascular health. My guide volunteer showed me the available choices, suggested what to avoid based on the prescription drugs taken, and made sure I selected the right dosages (sometimes less is more). Holly Hill has many private label options where discounted price is most apparent. I bought some of them, but appreciated when a different brand was recommended for its improved beneficial therapeutic impact. Supplements are not cheap these days, and their popularity is growing. There was a touch of sticker shock when a handful of small bottles ran a tab over the century mark. But, it is what it is. Still, they are now a part of my health regime and my budget, and will remain so until a better solution to health maintenance comes along.

Something was wrong with the batch....my husband used it as usual, came to bed, and I immediately smelled a foul odor. We checked it again over a couple of days and took it back to the store. The sales person said she only smelled peppermint(??!!). We then, in front of the sales person, opened another bottle that had the same odor. The explanation was that they make different batches. We had certainly hoped it would at least be investigated in case a bacteria had gotten into that batch. We were offered a credit but not a refund. We have found a wonderful product online and will not be ordering from Holly Hill again. My advice: check your product before you leave the store. The store that "cares about you" didn't quite care enough to refund our money.
