I had called them a week in advance to come and install a water softener system in my home, they sent a technician that was completely clueless with his job, first of all he was here for 4 hours and was not able to complete the job because all the equipment that he brought were broken and damage, plus this technician named Christian was not just able to complete the service job but he also damage my water heater by not closing the water pressure properly. My water heater got damage and I had to replace it completely new!! I tried calling their office during business hours several times that day and they never answer, I left several messages and no one has responded back to me. Finally I spoke to this person name Steve and he just said they were going to send someone on their team to look at the water heater the next day, around 9 am we'll they didn't show up at 9 but at 10:45 am very late and careless, I kept calling again to ask what time they would show up to my house and no one would answer til finally this rude lady name Janet answered and just kept telling me that someone will show up eventually , she's rude and didn't show any care or concern about the situation that was happening. Overall I don't recommend this business at all, find other places that are better suited for your needs, this business are not professionals at all. All of their staff are nothing but RUDE!! Zero star ratings for this business!!
