Nick has a fantastic eye to maximize efficiency and beauty in small spaces, and placed spice racks in my kitchen I never would have thought of! Prior to the job, we talked and decided on the look I wanted, and he gave me some great suggestions. He never tried to oversell me on any part of the project, which I really appreciated, but he will give you his expert opinion when you ask for it - and I did, several times! He is big on communication and lets you know what is going to happen next. His crew did a very professional job of cleaning up the work spaces as we were living in the house when the renovation took place. I get soooo many compliments on both my kitchen and bathroom. I would would use them again on any other major project. I am very particular and pay attention to detail and Nick and his crew made sure I was happy.

IF I COULD GIVE O STARS, I WOULD…read more When we met with Nick Sanchez, he told us he would restore our home to its pre-loss condition. We trusted him to complete the job. Instead, he abandoned the job during my pregnancy and shortly after we had paid him more than $19,000, leaving unfinished work and subcontractor issues that needed correction. He informed our insurance company that the project was 98% complete, even though work remained unfinished and some work required correction. He later filed a civil lawsuit against us seeking payment that we dispute, including amounts we maintain had already been paid, mitigation payment, and amounts for work that was not completed. Before he abandoned the job, at his direction, we met his wife, Carmen Fimbres, at their bank to deposit a check payment. The check was processed, and we have documentation of that payment. The amount is nevertheless included in the money he is seeking from us. Communication was also difficult. He expected his calls to be answered immediately. On more than one occasion, after I returned his call, he spoke to me in a harsh, raised tone and said, "Do you have a problem with me?!" We are now dealing with the stress of an unfinished project and a lawsuit over money we believe was already paid. Based on our experience, we would not recommend Nicholas Sanchez Jr. or NS Construction.

She is a wonderful lady who does a great job. We definitely will have Cynthia out again! First: We saw Cynthia's van at a friends so stopped by to get an appointment. Cynthia was very nice and we were able to set a date for the next week. We put in new carpet in our motorhome just 5 months ago but it never felt clean-they probably weren't as clean as they could be. Plus, we just had a large fire so we think some of the soot made it in around the windows and doors. It just felt good to start from clean again. Cynthia arrived right on time and assembled her equipment. We had her do an area rug, the carpet in two rooms (living area and tiny amount of carpet in the bedroom), two upholstered chairs and two smaller rugs. The entire job was only $39 but we have her $50 because she did such a great job. I definitely would recommend Cynthia's for any carpet or upholstery cleaning.

I have a few rental properties and as you would expect here in the valley they eventually break…read moredown or need servicing. I have used many of the contractors available here in the valley and here is my assessment. When your AC goes out its usually in the summer and in scorching heat . Everybody is fighting for service and repair at the same time . Everybody wants the AC tech there yesterday . There are so many hours in the day and everybody yelling Im next. Contractos have to decide who to service first . Usually it will be regular customers first then everybody else and thats the truth . As one AC contractor told me " Its raining money and we cant keep up with all out customers " I have learned the hard way or as Mike says the Hardaway there is nobody in the valley thats knows as much about HVAC as Mike Hardaway . I have tried many and have had to call Mike to save the day. Yes sometimes he's really busy and I have had to wait a day or two but its worth it . I suggest you build a relationship with your doctor , attorney , Insurance agent and AC Contractor not necessarily in that order. You will eventually need them .
