I reserved a car to pick me up early in the morning and it didn't show and I was given no warning even though they had my cell number. I called the company and the excuse they gave me was that the car was stuck in traffic coming back from downtown. Hello!! This is Toronto - factor that into your business model! The solution they offered was to get another car to my house in 50 minutes!! Disaster.
