We were so surprised and pleased to see they offer a variety of drinks for $3. Shame on me for forgetting to get a picture of that part of the menu but from what I can remember, there was jasmine tea, milk tea, lattes and salted caramel cold brew. We got the salted caramel cold brew, a latte, a halo halo and a ube truffle. Oooh yummy everything was absolutely made to perfection. Getting these types of coffee drinks for under $5 is almost unheard of but I will for sure be back when in Rancho. The cafe is not easy to spot from the parking lot but they do have a sign to lead you there. It looks like a cool place to study or hang out, they have games and a few toys for littles. There is also some seating outside.

8/9/2026 Went there…read moretwice in a few days, so combined the review. First and second time at this location. UPSIDE DOWN HALO HALO (with Ube Ice Cream) Been awhile since I've last tried this dessert and it was so good! Did pay a little extra to substitute vanilla ice cream for ube ice cream and it was worth it! You can't go wrong with the ube shake + ube ice cream + jellies + fruits inside this delicious dessert! It is in a much larger cup too, so this can be shared with two people. UBE CRACK CHEESECAKE The crunchy crust was a bit more coarse and had a shortbread sweetness to it. The ube flavor was there in the cheesecake, but you got that tangy cream cheese flavor too. Moist, creamy and sweet. Overall, I enjoyed it. UBE TRUFFLE This was very sweet. You got the ube cake inside which was like a cake pop, but much softer and creamier. It tasted like the ube, but overly sweet and the outer Oreo crust was sweet too. A little bit of vanilla flavor too. Probably won't order this again, but I will say the aftertaste was of ube and it was a pleasant aftertaste. UBE CRINKLE It tasted like a very soft shortbread cookie, but a bad one. The texture was too soft and it did crumble. The outer crinkle part was very sugary and sweet. I wouldn't reorder this. UBE MONSTER (MINI) Basically what is sounds like, an ube shake. It was good. The Oreo topping did go well with this ube shake. The ube shake is the same ube ice cream. CUSTOMER SERVICE Friendly and nice, good service overall. AMBIANCE + SEATS Cozy and inviting. Lots of wooden tables and chairs for 4 people. There were outdoor seats too. Decorated with lots of Star Wars paraphernalia all over the cafe. Surprised they didn't play the theme song too. Lol. There's also a small area with games where you can play with friends and family. Bathroom was clean too. SELF-ORDER KIOSK You can order at the front register or order at the kiosk. I ordered at the front register the first time I was here and then ordered via kiosk the second time I was here. Both worked well with no issues. LOCATION + PARKING Adjacent to The NoyPitz Bar& Grill, Right next to Desu Pizza Bite. Hidden inside the courtyard. Lots of parking spaces. Not everything I tried was great here, but will be back for the Upside Down Halo Halo and Ube Crack Cheesecake!

However, I will say I didn't really taste any tiramisu in there, unless it was just supposed to be the biscuit/cookie they gave on the side, which I wouldn't have ordered the tiramisu version then haha The strawberry croissant was good too! Somehow the strawberry was still cold (I was worried it'd be room temp from sitting in the display but it was chilled) Staff were friendly!! This was not our first time ordering from Mr. Baker we usually stop in and pick cakes straight from the display case but this was our first custom cake experience, and it was so easy from start to finish. When we went into the bakery, we were given a card with the email address and told to email the baker directly. I emailed that Saturday while still in the store, and by Sunday morning I already had a response from Victoria. She was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process! I sent her inspiration pictures, and she quickly provided three different quote options. All of the inspiration cakes I sent included fresh flowers, and Victoria explained that we would need to bring our own flowers to the bakery the Friday before pickup so they could safely place them on the cake the next morning. Everything went smoothly, and when we arrived to pick up the cake, it looked absolutely stunning! The flowers we brought in were beautifully arranged, and the entire cake looked elegant and professionally done. We ordered vanilla cake with buttercream and their Strawberry Chiffon flavor, and both were AMAZING. Everyone at the bridal shower kept talking about how delicious the cake was! So many guests had never heard of Mr. Baker before and wanted to know where the cake came from that we actually brought extra business cards and handed them out during the shower. Thank you so much to Victoria and the entire team at Mr. Baker for creating such a beautiful cake and making the process so easy. Everyone there is always so kind and welcoming, and we will definitely continue ordering from them in the future!

I know that's weird, but I really enjoy soft well-baked cakes. Every time I get one from this bakery, they just always feel stale and dry.
