Best people to trust with your hair! Where do you know where they cut your hair, and it grows like a forest after??? Great customer service, great coffee, great service all around! Been coming to Anna and her team since they were in Sherman Oaks, and followed them to Granada Hills. It's a commute but we don't care! 8 years and counting!!! My mother, father, my son with long thick curly hair, and myself... four happy campers!!! Beautiful ambiance and people here. GET YOUR HAIR DONE HERE AND LEAVE HAPPY read more

I was extremely disappointed by the way my elderly mother was treated at this salon. I specifically brought her here because I saw that many of the stylists appeared to be older women, and I thought they would have compassion and understanding for an elderly customer with a disability. My mother had a severely tangled/matted section of hair in the back and clearly needed a haircut. Instead of showing compassion or trying to help, the staff refused to cut her hair and were extremely rude and unprofessional toward us. Not one person was willing to assist her. I understand that severely tangled hair may require additional time or special care, but the way my mother was treated was unacceptable. She is an elderly woman who was already in a vulnerable situation, and she deserved dignity and kindness--not to be made to feel unwanted or rejected. The experience was extremely discouraging and felt discriminatory toward someone with a disability. I hope management takes this seriously and trains staff to treat elderly and disabled customers with the compassion and respect they deserve. read more

Hi Henry L, Thank you for your reply. I would leave a 5-star rating if the time spent on washing my hear would be increased from less than 1 minute to 3 minutes as my regular salon in San Gabriel has been spending with great comfort and good results (more force used). Thank you for your understanding. read more

I love my hair cut! Valentin did an amazing job, she gave me exactly what I asked for! Definitely recommend her!

I Needed a quick trim before I go out of town. I had a busy week prepping and had no time to make an appointment anywhere. I decided to swing by and see if I could get a quick trim. I was greeted very friendly by staff and assisted by Val. She took me and gave me a nice shampoo and asked me what I wanted. She took care and did exactly what I wanted. Very nice first visit at this location. Moderate pricing. Would go back again. read more

Ask for Shaima! She knows how to cut curly hair, and she's quick without cutting too much off.

Had a haircut with Gohar today. She was pleasant and provided excellent care and advice. For curly, decently long hair, my haircut was $40. She recommended some products including a leave in conditioner which I may purchase my next visit. All in all great, timely, affordable service. Highly recommend her. PS I made an appointment on the website so I didn't have to wait as a walk in. read more

Let me just say Anna is a sweetheart. Had gotten busy with life & had seriously neglected my locks. She was very helpful to recommend what would be helpful for my hair with pressure to spend on services I didn't need. Thank you Anna! read more

Layla showed me a picture of a client's hair style that she had just cut. she cut and styled my hair and it looks great. 2 months later I am pleased with my hair cut. My husband even compliments how well it was done. He is a very picky person when it comes to style, he grew up with 3 sisters. read more

Amazing job by Nazeli. The blow dry with waves using a brush made my layers and hair look so beautiful and youthful. And she was courteous and nice. Very good experience. Very happy with the hair cut and blow dry. Thank you! read more

I came in for a simple trim to keep my hair healthy and was happy with the cut. It was quick and affordable, which is exactly what I wanted. I paid $50 total, including shampoo, cut, and tip. However, the hairdresser kept trying to upsell a blow dry for $40 and a treatment shampoo for $50, even after I repeatedly said I just needed a trim. The experience was okay overall, but I would have preferred less pressure to add extras. read more

Shaima has been cutting my hair for about 20 years now! I trust her alone. She never takes off more than is necessary for health and makes my long layers look amazing. She's great at cutting my husband and sons hair too! She always treats us like family. Highly recommend. read more

Gohar is amazing and knows how to cut thick curly hair! Yay! Unlike other places that I've gone to in the past, that have been twice as expensive, Gohar listened to me and gave me the haircut that I wanted! Thank you Gohar! You're the BEST! :) read more

I just went in for a trim. My stylist Nancy gave me the perfect trim and style. I felt she listened to my needs and her skills of cutting and styling my hair were outstanding. This is a great spot to have an amazing haircut. The service is great and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Got in quickly, Nara helped me. Was out in 15 mins with exactly what I needed. Quick, easy and appointments available.

Clean place and quiet vibe. Very professional and sweet. Hair wash felt like a scalp massage. Did a great job on my blow out & flat iron. (However my hair was full of static when finished.) I have thick wavy hair and needed it straight for an event. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the price. Very expensive ~ way too much money especially when I usually pay $20 less for all the same services. But my regular stylist was on vacation so I tried this place. Tip: register the price upfront. read more

After a year I decided to give it another try and again different hair dresser cut it too short I don't understand how cutting the ends translates to cutting off half the hair. I also booked with gohar and received someone different. After telling the hair dresser I choose gohar in my appointment she said that I was in the wrong . I showed her my confirmation and still said I was wrong. I gave her a chance and she cut it short :/ if I'm being completely honest the only person that I will now and forever only allow is gohar to cut my hair she's amazing and she really does take the time and care to satisfy your hair needs. read more

As someone who typically doesn't feel compelled to leave reviews, even for objectively poor service, this experience truly pushed me to speak up. I deeply regret giving this place a second chance. I am extremely disappointed with my experience here-- both this time and during a visit two years ago. With all due respect, I would not recommend this place to anyone who values clear communication or precise results. It is not worth it. Firstly, the pricing is misleading, and it's clearly a recurring issue with other customers as well given the reviews. The website lists haircuts at $30, but I was charged over $40 in person (both times I went). It's even more upsetting to pay more than expected after such a poor outcome. Despite providing very clear and simple instructions, the stylist failed to follow them. I specifically asked for a light trim--no more than 1 inch off--and to maintain a V-cut style. Instead, she cut off three inches and left my hair uneven on the left and right sides. This isn't even the first time this has happened. Two years ago, I asked for a trim and left with my hair cut to shoulder length, undoing years of growth. It's frustrating that such a recurring issue has not been addressed. read more

Gohar did an amazing job with my haircut! I was referred here by someone and was not disappointed. Thank you!

I had been seeing Zara for the last few years and she moved away. I went so so long not knowing what to do because I really loved her. Today I saw Nancy/Nazeli and I was nervous because I have really thick long shaggy hair. Nazeli cut and blow dried my hair like it was the easiest thing she ever did. Honestly really pleased with my cut and just wanted to share here. She's nice, she shows how much she wants to cut before making any cuts and she's got wonderful technical skills. I just wanted to share because Im really happy I got over my nervousness and saw Nazeli today! read more

Before I start my review I am not a paid reviewer. I have been coming here for the last 3 and half years. I mainly get my hair blown out here. Anna the owner is amazing. Gohar A. is amazing!! She just did my color and hands down you won't regret the service. Show picture and she will be honest with you. My hair wasn't even damaged when I left. Hands down. Quality and price is very good @ Supercuts Chatsworth! I love what Gohar did. In love with my new color (cinnamon caramel Check this location out . You won't be disappointed with the stylists here. Ms. Gohar was a great hairstylist. I asked for a simple crew cut and she recommended and gave me a very good hair style. It's cheaper than SuperCut but better quality. The place is pretty clean too. Highly recommended. I'll come back again for my next haircut. read more

Very annoyed right now. I didn't have an appointment anywhere the other day ,and needed a last minute place that could style my hair for an event.. I disclosed over the phone that I have med-long length hair and extensions, mind you it's only 1 row, my hair isn't crazy thick or long. They quoted me $65 but told me it could be less or more, I agreed. When I finished, I go up to pay and the owner tells the hair dresser to increase it to $150, mind you I was in the chair for maybe 35-40 min, there was no wash or blow dry, and I could of done this myself... the hair style was very bland and I could of done it myself, I was super disappointed but didn't have time to argue or start over. I told the owner I'm not paying $150 for this, maybe $80 which would still be way too much for curls and a little teasing... she acted like she was doing my a favor by dropping it from $150 to $100. At this point I just need to leave so I paid it, but everybody who saw my hair said even $50 would have been too steep for what I got.. I feel scammed. No wonder they always take walkins and are never fully booked. Also makes sense on why Jessica and Mary left . Never coming here again. read more

I am SO pleased with my haircut by Gohar. I'm writing 3 weeks after my cut because Im just as happy now as I was when I first left the salon. Zohar knew exactly what to do with my hair to get me a look I would love. She even suggested to leave my curtain bangs longer than I had requested, because she knew it wouldn't look as good any shorter. Definitely the right decision. She really knows what she's doing and I will most definitely be going back. Thanks so much, Gohar!! read more

I made an appointment on Saturday September 7th. I went in, but another customer went in in front of me. She said she was there for a cut no appointment. I said I had an appointment. They asked us to have a set. About 10 min later a stylist asked who was there first. The other customer said she was. The stylist asked for her name and then told her she didn't sign in. I stood up and said, I didn't sign in either, but I have an appointment. She asked for my name and said I wasn't in the system. I told her I had received a confirmation text. She then told me she was going to take the other person first. It upset me,so I told her I was leaving. She said it wouldn't take long, I told her not to worry that it was okay. I believe appointments come before walk-ins or else what's the point of making an appointment. I was there on time. I will not go back. read more

Shaima did such a great job with my toddler's hair. She is so sweet and caring. It was overall a great experience. I'm happy we found her!

PICTURED INCLUDED FOR PROOF OF CATASTROPHE. I originally came to this location in July and had a simple straight across haircut (woman) with Shaima, It wasn't the best but it was pretty satisfactory. Today I returned for a haircut with Shaima and brought my wife as last time I was pleased for the price. We both asked for the same thing "trim with layers kept long". Under no circumstance was that followed. Our layers are shorter than chin length with gaps all throughout and cut very bluntly. We both cried instantly upon arriving home. My wife has been growing her hair for 4 years and it was very long and healthy, now it looks like an absolute rats nest. My hair is choppy. Our haircuts are so bad that we went to 2 other salons today and both refused to fix our hair as "there was no salvaging". I will not be coming back. We were also overcharged for the haircuts as my haircut was priced as (x-long haircut) and my hair is armpit level at longest. read more
