Bob was highly recommended to us by a local Carpentry Company owner. Bob called me back within hours and he made time to see me within days to look at the project on a Saturday morning. Got a quote on the spot after a thorough explanation of the services offered and the pricing structures. We received follow up quickly when the materials were ordered and a timeframe for him to receive them. The project involved a very nice shower that was added to a bedroom closet for lack of other options as we gave an ailing family member two of our three bedrooms. The shower area was a combination of tile, a Corian rail and seat and the glass doors, grab bars and fixtures. The previous work was a combination for grout and calking that did not last to long and Bob called me with midstream recommendations that I accepted and was glad I did. During the job my wife asked Bob questions about another area of the house and granite care issues we had been having for years and he was happy to explain what the cause of the issues were and how to correct them if we want to try doing it ourselves. Bob also corrected some sealer problems that we had on the tiled floor shower area and did not charge us extra for that. The shower looks better than new and it looks so good we will be inviting Bob back to help with a whirlpool tub and shower re-grouting in the real bathroom adjacent to the shower in a closet. We recommend Bob with no reservations and hope this review helps others in their search for a highly skilled courteous and professional expert in his field Alfred and Mary Plymouth MA

They then did not replace the pan when doing the work. The grout cracked again quickly (within 4 months), This strongly suggests the underlying issue (likely movement, moisture, or pan failure) was never fixed. Over the course of several months we called multiple times. They set up 3 different appointments to come out and look. They never showed nor did they call to cancel or reschedule. Called the owner and he said we probably would have to replace the pan underneath.

They came within 36 hours after working a long day on another installation. We had purchased a solid, pre-finished, engineered floor for installation in our finished basement. It required both nailing/staple with glue assist. When others just responded back via text with a square foot install price, Nilson and Raisa were thorough with their measure and reviewing the appropriate preparation work required to ensure a great installation. The installation and work ethic was even more impressive. He sanded the subfloor to guarantee strong adhesion and was methodical with determining centerlines to ensure a perfectly straight floor. Nilson and his team work hard and completed the job on time and left the work site cleaner than when they arrived. The result is an absolute gorgeous floor, installed at a very competitive price and a very happy customer. I would highly recommend Proline Covering and be honored to be a reference with any potential customers. You will not go wrong with Nilson and Raisa.

My experience after the initial proposal was that this contractor provided minimal supervision, and frequently was not aware of the specific progress of the work. The company's lengthy response to repairing mistakes in work - and there were at least eight - was less a demonstration of responsiveness than an indication of incompetence.
