New to this area so I've tried several salons around here and figured I'd give this one a try. I went in yesterday 4/24/17 for a fill. Lots of colors to choose from, but the guy that did my fill butcher my skin around my nails with the drill. I didn't realize how bad until I got home and both my hands are tore up. My cuticles were not in bad shape. Also wish he would of realized the color I chose needed another coat to look better. read more

I got shellac on Saturday, today is Tuesday and half of my nails have peeled off or are chipping around the edges. The initial application was sloppy too, pooling on certain nails because she put the shellac on so thick. read more

Worst experience ever!!!! I got my nails done a week ago. 2 days later the polish was peeling off and 4 nails had broke and 2 was cracked. So the next morning I go back to the shop and show a worker, but it was closing so she said come back tommorrow. I told her I had to work the next couple days and would be back Saturday. On Saturday Lacey said I'll fix them, so she started being extremely rough pulling, filing, and burning my nails she was very irritated, then she started to but acrylic over black polish, when I asked her about it she said" just keep quiet and I'll fix them".... so I want another person to finish the owner came over and said I'll fix them. So he started filing then said well I'm gonna charge you 33 dollars for a fill in because I don't know what happened but I'll fix them. So after I paid 73 dollars the last week and most my nails came off including the polish you will still try and make me pay 33, I stood up and walked away with my nails looking a mess and still the lines of black polish there. I will never give my patronage their again!!!!!!!! read more

Good job for nails but always at least an hour wait. Today I've been here for 2 hours and my nails aren't done.

So I've been here a few times and I just feel like the service is okay but the nails aren't sturdy. I've had my set of nails for maybe three weeks and I've literally broken three nails. With the first set that I got from here I broke a nail also. I grabbed a shoe from my car and the heel hit my nail and it cracked. I don't know if anyone else has had this problem or if it's just me. read more

Nikki is amazing! She consistently does a great job and is a perfectionist!! She only works by appointment though, I just happened to get lucky one time and she was the manicurist assigned to me when I walked-in. If it were only Nikki, I would, no doubt, give an emphatic 5 stars. Unfortunately, I have had not so good experiences with two other manicurists there. Most recently, I purchased a gel mani and 9 days later the polish was peeling off and, because the cuticles were not pushed back properly, at 9 days it looked as if they were done 3 weeks ago. In addition, I chose a particular color (silver glitter). He began putting it on but I believe it didn't seem to be going on properly. He said it was a new bottle and had too much oil in it, so he selected a new bottle that was a bit older. After two coats I realized the new bottle he chose was actually a gold glitter color - not the color I selected. My other bad experience occurred when an older gentleman began to trim my cuticles. I noted immediately, before he began trimming my cuticles, there was already skin on the clippers (and it wasn't mine!!!!). Neither time did I complain at the time because I typically try to avoid conflict. But I walked away feeling pretty upset. I did mention the skin on the clippers issue the next time I went and the manicurist began talking to two other manicurists (one of which was the one who did it) in a language I did not understand, so I have no idea what was said. I actually felt uncomfortable, like maybe they were complaining about me. With the wrong color polish and poor manicure job, I did report it over the phone and was told I should've called immediately when I first noticed it. I go tonight for an appointment with Nikki, so in all fairness, she may do some type of service recovery once I arrive. I'm not looking for a free mani, just perhaps acknowledgement of my frustration and an apology. So, to sum up, if Nikki isn't available, I just will not get my nails done there anymore. Such a disappointment because their shop is so close to my home. I will include a pic of my 9 day old manicure. Update: I tried posting and could not figure out how to attach it to my review. Not happy with foot massage at all. Didn't even use any scrub. Highly do not recommend!!!

I was not impressed! I went there and waited for almost 1 hour before I left without getting my nails done. They only had 4 customers in the salon at the time. I don't know how they manage on a busy Saturday if I couldn't get my nails done late afternoon on a weekday. The place looks nice but the customer service is lacking. I ended up going one traffic light down to JC nails and they were excellent! read more

I visited this salon today for a gel mani. I have been to this location many times since it opened. I have always gotten excellent service, the staff are all nice but I feel compelled to mention the music that was playing today. Actually the last time I was there about a month ago I noticed it also. There is piano music playing, which is very nice and relaxing, but today and the last time I was there, it was ONE SONG playing repeatedly. I'm sure the staff gets immune to the music. I went here with my sister-in-law right before christmas. We spent over $240 on services/tip and it what shoddy at best!!!! I contacted the owner because the service was so terrible. The woman that did my no chip didn't care at all about doing things right. She didn't cover the whole nail, it was lifting the very next day, a few spots of my french tip didn't even have a top coat on them. She burned my multiple times during the pedicure. It was TERRIBLE. I contacted the owner about this and after coming to an agreement about a partial refund, he waited TWO WEEKS to tell me he'd changed his mind??? Who are these people??? I will NEVER be going back and paying ridiculous prices for a terrible service. So disappointed in this place, and the owners. I had intended on coming back here, but the rushed service by Vivian and the terrible customer service by the owners has really left an awful taste in my mouth.
