I went back to my surprise they open on Sundays and asked for regular polish and she once again rushed and left me with horrendous results. I asked her to stop multiple times but she wouldn't stop until I pulled my feet away multiple times. She told me that I didn't know because I'm young, not knowing that I go to the salon all the time. She took the scrubber and rubbed it on the bottom of my feet. I then asked her to actually scrub them, and she got so offended. She told me that I was just complaining about everything. When it was time to "massage" my legs, she took the liquid that she put on my legs and gently rubbed it in as if she was putting on lotion. Their chairs are extremely old and do not massage well. I told her that I didn't want the manicure, and she then got more offended. I got to the nail shop to relax and get pampered. This experience was not the case. If I could, I would give them a negative 10 rating.

I got a mani/pedi acrylic set, French manicure along with an eyebrow, lip, and neck wax. I'm not sure if it was the wax or my sensitive skin but I broke out within 24 hrs EVERYWHERE that I was waxed. The nails were adorable(kind of crooked but I didn't really mind) the day of but started chipping off around day 6. They got so bad around Day 10 that I just peeled the rest of them off. I paid $124 total for my salon experience. The vibe was pretty smooth and my tech was very sweet, just not talkative (which is okay!). They offered a selection of soft drinks, wine (always a perk), or water. The services that I requested were a gel manicure and spa pedicure. I chose one of their color sets that came with the gel polish for my nails and the regular polish for my toes. It's always good when I can coordinate colors perfectly. Unfortunately the gel polish was applied unevenly, so it has dips in it near the center of my nail. It was cleaned around my nail bed so it looked as if I had done my own nails. And the toenail polish chipped within 2-3 days. I felt like I wasted time and money visiting this location. It takes more than a smiling face and glass of wine to win over customers. I was very disappointed in the quality of work provided and I will not be returning to them.
