It's also nice that you can stay in your vehicle. We were 3rd in line and one of the bays was not operational, so it was a bit long, like 45 minutes just to get in for the oil change. Another car who arrived about 30 mins after us in another lane was able to get into the bay before us... they don't have the ability to change that once you're in each lane... but they apologized and tried to get us in as soon as possible. He needed 8 gallons of synthetic so the price of each gallon changed after 5 gallons. The bill came to $124 total with the discount.

Mavis said they didn't know you need to register Mavis thought you just filed a claim. Well I went online and registered at Continental tire website. After completing the online form it states it will take 3 days for the registration to go through. So now I will be out of a car for almost a week due to a tire I purchase 11 days ago. Mavis said there is nothing they can do. This is a company that my wife and I have been taking our cars to for over 5 years and have spent well over 10k in repairs and tires.
