Not great. Ordering is easy but there is zero customization. It's basically fast food - a basic soup already in a pot. They assemble the contents, add soup. So good news is it's very quick if you're in a pinch. In no way is it anything close to what decent pho should taste like. Shares a counter with what looks like Japanese BBQ and also ramen.

Do not believe there is any way to modify the food orders, but what we have ordered, the Pho has been pretty good. Not exceptional, but good. Have tried both the Pho Tai and the Pho Tai Gau Sach Bo Vien. Fast friendly service.

Date: Friday, February 14th, 2025 Time: around 5:45pm *Pho Tai Gau Sach Bo Vien - rare beef, fatty brisket, tripe, beef ball Before heading to the airport, my group decided to grab a quick meal from Famous Foods. First up was some pho. I'm not 100% sure of the price, but with tax and tip, I believe to came out to $24.39. If memory serves, I found the broth rather bland. I wanted something beefier and with more flavor. The toppings were fine as were the sides. Tho I'm used to getting a bunch of bean sprouts, basil, etc. They were very portioned on their offering. (I like a lot of veggies in my noodle soup.) Convenient and fast if staying at Resorts World. But can get better food elsewhere. REVIEW #3708

I ordered dinner here on a Sunday evening. I had the Pho Tai (rare beef) - $17 (touristy casino prices). The order was ready in about 5 mins. I signed up to alert me via text when my order was ready. The bowl was a decent size of broth, green onions, noodles, and lean beef. The sides of bean sprouts, basil, and jalapeños were small. The broth was tasty, although light in flavor compared to what I've had in the past, but good. It didn't leave me thirsty from a typical salty broth meal. They do not offer cups of water (they have a drinking fountain around the corner). If you take your order to go, it's an additional $1.

The pho here wasn't that bad and it was super convenient to be able to order it to go and then head back up ti my room to keep working for the day. I was not a fan of having to pay extra just to get it to go when you're already paying nearly $20 for mall food court pho.

This restaurant is located among the food area in Resorts World, Las Vegas. The food is decent, not great. You can place the order in any of the kiosks in the food court and head over to Famous Pho to wait for your order. The location is clean and there is plenty of tables to eat. It reminds me of a mall's food court. The pho did the job after a long delayed flight. I wouldn't rave about it but it's not bad.

Living in Long Beach and close to Orange County, one gets spoiled for good Southeast Asia noodle soup and comparisons can become a bit unfair. So I wasn't expecting the greatest when ordering a combo pho bowl ($20) to go for a Saturday lunch, from Famous Pho, one of the many vendors in Famous Eats Street Market, located in the Resort World Casino in Las Vegas. But it was OK, satisfying that craving. Famous Pho only has two choices, both pho dishes, one with brisket and the combo having beef balls, tripe, and very rare thin steak. Vietnamese restaurants have really figured out how to package pho to-go, so it travels well. That being said, it is really meant to be slurped as soon as it is made. All the dry ingredients (noodles, beef balls, slice white onion, tripe, rare steak, brisket) were in the serving compostable bowl, with the very hot broth in a soup container. There was a final container with the accompaniments (bean sprouts, basil, lime wedges). So I put everything together and dived in. The broth had cooled considerably, so the raw steak remained pretty rare. The bean sprouts were fresh. I really liked the beef balls, in its consistency. And there was plenty of tripe, which I love in Pho. As for the broth itself, it was OK, not too oily but lacking the depth that you can get from preparing bone broth for a long time. And the noodles were indeed overcooked, and were badly clumping, even after sitting in the broth for a minute. There is an extra charge of $1 for every dish that you order to-go.

We ordered two dishes: Pho Gau and Pho Tai Gau Sach Bo Vien. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing, especially given the premium price tag. Pho is typically a comforting dish--but here, something definitely went wrong. The broth lacked depth and flavor, the meats weren't particularly fresh or tender, and overall, the balance that makes pho so beloved just wasn't there. For the cost, we expected much more. In fact, the price-to-quality ratio makes this arguably the worst pho experience we've had.

I was very surprised to find a pho restaurant inside a resort on the strip. You used to have to go to Chinatown to get pho. The pho was decent, not the best but was filling. The broth was okay, not overly salty, but also not packed with flavor. The rare beef was actually still a little rare and tender when we got our order. Overall, not bad.

Pho was good, could have been hotter and the fatty brisket was a bit dry but overall satisfied my needs. * Pho Tai Gau Sach Bo Vien: Rare Beef, Fatty Brisket, Tripe, Beef Ball $19 A bunch of ordering stations with various food options where you place your order, pay and input your phone number so you'll get a text when the food is ready for pickup.

Surprisingly good pho for roughly the same price you'd find at most Vietnamese higher end restaurants. You can order at any of the kiosks or the counter and the pho comes out in about 5 minutes. I had both the rare slices and brisket pho options, would heavily recommend the brisket. Additionally, the seating is a bit limited but it helps that people come and go quickly.

Pho was okay. Cannot justify the price with the amount of pho I got and the quality of food.

We were craving Pho and was happy to find this in restaurant inside Resorts World. Pho was soo Salty. We could not finish our bowl. Need to adjust the salt.

It is like any typical taqueria, nothing really extraordinary. I ordered asada tacos and was a bit unimpressed. There was a lot of meat but it was very dry and flavorless. I appreciated how juicy the limes were and the salsa verde was nice, but it was all very underwhelming. It was about $13 for the three tacos, so I expected them to be a bit better than what they were. Despite being a little busy, the food came out pretty quick. This spot is quite dingy. There is a lot of open seating but it is dirty and unkempt. When we were eating there, there was a homeless man seated inside screaming, ripping up newspapers and throwing them around, and playing with a lighter. Although there is an understanding that this is not a fine dining establishment, I think it is a bare minimum standard to host an environment where guests feel safe. It is very loud in there and very casual. It is accommodating for both small and large parties without prior reservation. Maybe the other menu items are better, but if you are looking for tacos, this would not be the best option.

Either way, I am not one to make a fuss, as restaurant workers already work hard (especially the workers at this place), so their ears didn't need a brat like me to give them an earful about getting my order wrong during peak lunch hours. Anyways, I pointed out the mistake, and mentioned if I can order a pollo asado burrito. An older gentleman (who appeared to be the owner/manager/someone important) working behind the counter said don't worry about it...he'll make the burrito and call my name when it's ready.
