I also sprung this on her as I changed my mind last minute yet she moved with confidence and was so funny and personable. Then on May 29th, *after 11 PM*, I received a text from a stylist named Genesis, stating she was no longer available. I understand emergencies and scheduling issues happen, but the communication and handling afterward were frustrating. I had already arranged time off work and was then told no one was available for my original appointment time. I was eventually offered an appointment with the owner Kari Talarico, only after expressing dissatisfaction with the situation and mentioning that I planned to leave a review regarding my experience. By that point, I had already booked elsewhere. After I requested a refund instead of rescheduling, the interaction with the owner Kari Talarico became tense and uncomfortable. During the phone conversation, I repeatedly felt talked over rather than listened to. The call ultimately ended while I was still speaking, with "bye" repeatedly being shouted over me before the phone was disconnected. I'm overall disappointed because I was genuinely excited to try this salon based on the positive reviews and had hoped for a much more professional experience overall. The behavior of the owner was the final straw and I will not be considering this place of business moving forward.

Every visit left me feeling like I was doing them a favor by being a customer instead of being valued as one. The communication is disorganized, appointments are not handled professionally, and when problems come up, there doesn't seem to be any accountability or effort to make things right. Please, save yourself the headache, heartache and frustration. DO NOT get your hair done here. I…read moremade one of the worst mistakes by stopping in here for a hair cut and highlights. Angie, the stylist that did the highlights claimed to have nearly 30 years of hair experience. Please see the attached pictures of her work experience. I can not believe that she, along with 2 other stylists LIED to me about her crappy work and allowed me to walk out of the salon looking this this! They all tried to convince that it was just my "initial shock" to the color change and that once the orange highlights faded, I would love it. I asked for a refund back and since there wasn't a manager on duty, I had to call a toll free number, speak to guest representatives, who then forwarded it to the district manager. I had to text her photos of the highlight job, wait for her to view them and then she will let me know if my claim was worthy of a refund! What a headache!!!! Never again will I ever step foot in this salon again! PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I DID!! It took me 5 phone calls to find a new stylist to fix it the same day since I had an event the next day. There was no way I was going to a formal event looking like an orange stripe zebra! **This place does not deserve the one star! This place needs to be SHUT DOWN!**
