I called today about a designer handbag duffle I have and was CLEAR over the phone to the clerk that answered what the brand was. It is a designer brand. I wasted time bringing it up to the store and filling out the forms just to be told that they only take 5 brands of Handbags at their store. Why wasn't I told that over the phone ? Wasted an hour of my time? Funny thing that designer bag they turned away because of the designer I found 9 items of clothing by that brand in THEIR store. I would suggest selling on Poshmark or some other way. I have sold way more on Posh since Plato's Closet here in Dubuque told me they wouldn't purchase my items. Funny those items sold and for way more than the few items they did take from me. Unprofessional and basically an " I don't give a crap" attitude from employees.
