How can I give this place ZERO STARS? Not only do they mess up my order ($153! mind you), but had the nerve to hang up in my face as I was explaining the situation. How dare you tell me to be calm when you don't even listen to the customers' complaints? When you refuse to even acknowledge wrong doing?! I only raised my voice when the fool on the other end kept repeating me in error. I told them I didn't get any brisket and he kept saying, "So you didn't get the salad?" In any case, I have take photos of the order and will be filing a dispute with my CC company/Yahoo. Whoever answered the phone was RUDE AF! You want me to be nice? then you PAY ME to order food rather than take my money, then you can mess my order up all day long! Does anyone see in brisket in the photo I've attached, because all i see is bacon for meat.

Gotta be honest and say that a different BBQ place was my first choice, but they weren't open for lunch on a Wednesday. Famous Dave's used to be one of my favorite places, but I'm feeling like there have been changes. First, this location switched to the new Quick Que cafeteria style since I had last been there. It was nice, bright and clean with big overhead menus. Lots of choices, although I didn't notice the option for baby back ribs until after I had ordered and saw the table flyer. The folks working were attentive and friendly. It was pretty quiet for lunch time with the only other group being a couple moms with their (kinda loud) kids. As far as food choices: * I had the St. Louis style ribs with coleslaw and brussels sprouts. The ribs weren't as fall-off-the-bone as I would have liked, and one of the ribs was a chewy end piece. Coleslaw was good. I was pretty excited about the brussels sprouts side dish, but they were overly sweet to me, and also a bit chewy. * My grandson had the ginormous double stack ultimate burger that has two cheeseburger patties, chopped pork, bacon, and BBQ sauce and with a side of thick cut fries. That's a lot of food for $11! He said it was okay and wished the fries were a bit more seasoned. Do I still love BBQ? Yes! Would I still pick the other BBQ place first? Also yes. Would I turn down a free meal here? Nope.

I've never been disappointed by Famous Dave's - 4 stars. As a local chain, Famous Dave's does a great job. I've eaten at lots of fancy boutique BBQ joints. But for my money, I always enjoy FD because of the huge variety, the consistent quality, and reasonable prices. You always know what you're gonna get and you won't pay an arm & a leg for it. For those of you that aren't local, this location had a complete and total re-make a couple of years ago. This used to be a large full-sized, full service, full bar location with a giant parking lot. But they raised the whole thing to the ground and built 3 new places: a bank, a veterinarian, and a smaller Famous Dave's version called "Quick Que". It's Chipotle style now. You order up front and take the food to your table after paying. Obviously, no more full bar. LOW CARB: Famous Dave's is an excellent choice if you happen to be a low carb, Keto, carnivore person. All of the items can be ordered ala carte, including meats by the pound. So you can easily and seamlessly make food choices that match your carnivorous eating style. Nice! I'll be back. -Maxx

Nice spot for lunch. Counter service was friendly, you order at the far end. (They really need an "order here"sign) Food came out quickly. St Louis style ribs had good smokey flavor, they were a bit dry. Might try baby backs next time, those tend to be less dry. Cole slaw was creamy and sweet, corn bread delicious. Avoid the mac and cheese, it has peppers and corn, and a really bad sauce that is not cheesey at all. Dining area was clean and comfortable. Pepsi products. Would return to try the lunch specials.

I haven't gone to a famous Dave's in several years because the quality of food got a little worse and a little bit more expensive. The feast for two is a great quality for about three hungry people. The flavor is light and subtle but the meat did taste like it's been under the heat lamp for X number of hours. It just needed to be a lot warmer. I think I am really going to enjoy this in my air fryer with a little bit more heat and a little bit of crust on the outside.

The food was delicious. And looked very nice. The workers was also nice and asked how I'm doing. I liked the style of the restaurant. And the food was good and we got boxe

Food is the same but I am not a fan of this new setup. We prefer the sit down and order from a menu instead of going through a line.

Pour is in a little strip mall. They have added black curtains and some cozy seating areas from when we were here last. Nice updates. Our waitress was very accomdating until she got busy then we felt we were forgotten. We ordered the Drunken shrimp , bread with olive oil and the avocado toast to start with. The drunken shrimp is just as good as we remember the saffron sauce is sooooo good! but there were 3 of us sharing the apps and it only came with 2 crostini's we asked for a 3rd so we could each have one but little did we know that one very small skinny piece of bread had a $1.00 charge to it. The steak bites with their homemade blue cheese sauce was to die for melt in your mouth!! I even asked if we could buy some of the blue cheese sauce, she said no but that she would bring us another dish of it but she never did. My girlfriend ordered a cranberry mule drink, she was charged an extra $1.00 for the cranberry. We also ordered the goat cheese with sauces that were very delicious with an ample amount of crackers. We got the chocolate Ganache cake to share for dessert. But............ the waitress never took our empty dirty plates but showed up with the dessert with the mess on table, I asked for extra clean plates but she never brought them. Everything we ordered was very delicious, but as the night progressed our service got worse, we asked for the bill but she never came back to get our payment and we had questions my girlfriend walked it up to the bartender with our payments. 2 of us were paying cash and one a credit card and we were charged an extra fee of $5.18 for her using a credit card. That is when we saw the $1.00 charge for 1 piece 3/8" bread and the $1.00 for cranberry mule. Talk about nickel and diming. We would love to go back but unsure if I can get past some of these things. Also, now looking at the bill even closer, none of us had a mimosa and we were charged $8.95 for one.How did we miss that? All added up we paid $16.00 more than we should have. CRAZY!! Sadly, Don't know if I'll be back.

I also recommend booking at least a week in advance. A friend said they couldn't go on said date on a Wednesday. I looked for that upcoming weekend and the weekend was sold out. FOOD: The food was delicious. Despite the tray looks small, I was full halfway in. I have no concerns or complaints of their food. Every pastries, sandwiches, and dessert were delicious. My favorite was the apple chai scone. I love their lemon curd. I love everything on their savory course. I haven't tried the dessert yet. I had to take it home because I had leftovers. The tea was delicious too! It is unlimited. They bring a pot to you. I tried the Mad Hatter Holiday (cinnamon, clove, cranberry & orange) and French Creme Brulee. Out of the two, my favorite was the Mad Hatter Holiday. The Creme Brulee was too weird for me as a tea. They offered sugar cubes, creme, and honey too. PARKING: They had a decent size parking lot on their property, as well as across the street. DRESS CODE: On their website, they mention tasteful, on the side of overdressed. I saw children in sundresses. Women wore jeans with a nice shirt. One guest had a gothic/rocker vibe with her black shirt, pleather skirt, tights, and boots.
