I hadn't put much thought into a "living trust" until a friends dad passed and she is paying all his bills out of pocket and will be in probate for 9-10 months, with attorney fees and that's with her and her brother agreeing on everything. I called Werner with a crazy request. My husband and I were traveling to Rome in 12 days, could everything be processed by then? They made it happen for me. We also had a bit of a unique situation in that we run a horse rescue and wanted that to be taken care of, our caretaker to be taken care of and then things to go to our grandkids in 20 years.
