He carefully dismantled the area necessary to give him access, placing the freezer door carefully, so as not to scratch our wood floors. So I turned to Yelp to help me find someone. My fellow Yelpers did not let me down. Based on all the positive reviews, I found Ken with Awesome Appliance Repair. He was very responsive. Called me back within a couple of hours of submitting my request form for service. He was out at the house within a couple of hours of the phone call. Ken was able to diagnose the problem and fixed it almost immediately. My dryer is humming quietly again. Ken is very professional. He shared with me what the problem was and informed me he would check out the machine to see if there were potentially any other issues and then, if needed, would revise the estimate so I could make a decision from there. Luckily, no other issues with the machine. Will definitely be calling him again if the need arises again. Very satisfied customer.

We have a Kitchen Aid dishwasher that we have had a 'KitchenAid Certified' repair person come out to look at as it would not run a full cycle. (The manufacturer told us we had to use this person.) This person ran diagnostics and told us nothing was wrong, and refused to stay long enough for the error code to happen. I called Farhad and he was able to provide prompt service and found the issue. He ordered the part and came back the next morning to install. He also did a full maintenance and cleaning at a discount. The dishwasher is working again and we've avoided having to purchase a new unit once again, thanks to Farhad!

Lately we have had two occasions to have some home appliances serviced. One was for a range hood…read morethat was not installed correctly (hanging at an angle) and the other was for some noises our dryer was making. We used Home Depot's Pro resources to get referrals for the range hood issue and ended up using Delta Appliance Repair. They were very helpful and clearly knowledgeable. They were able to resolve the problem that a couple of other appliance service companies did not want to touch. They did fix the problem which involved access to the attic and now the hood hangs straight and its mounting is very solid. In addition, they were very diligent in resolving the problem and did an excellent job cleaning up once the job was done. On top of that their fee for the work was very reasonable. When our dryer started making some thumping noises a few days ago we called Delta Appliance Repair again. They came out and in a couple of hours discovered the problem (a roller with a flat spot) and got the required parts to repair it. They also removed a lot of built up lint in the dryer's exhaust path, so the dryer should work even more efficiently now. Again, they did a great job cleaning up when they were done, and again their fee was very reasonable. We are very happy with the service they have provided us and will not hesitate to contact them again should we need any appliance repair.
