She was very thorough explaining the exam and the level of hearing aids they can offer. The exam took about 40-45 minutes only because I asked hear a bunch of questions regarding my exam results. Two great things is the exam was painless and no charge. YES.... No pain and no charge! Angie was so sweet. She took time to answer any of my questions. This was not a high pressure sales pitch.
