Considering that I did not want to be there and that I did not want hearing aids, I was pleasantly surprised by their ability to put me at ease. The staff is wonderful and took lots of time with me. Hearing aids are a BIG purchase. Everyone hates to spend that kind of money, especially on something they really don't want to have to buy. I have to say that every one of my concerns was addressed. Not happy with the way my new hearing aids fit, I returned 3 times in one week and each time they were wonderful.

Doctors offices notoriously ask you to come early and then see you late. I've left practices over…read morethis behavior. I was new to the Group Health Associates (GHA) location to establish a PCP. I was very happy with my visit, the facility was clean (though confusing to navigate when you enter), and the registration folks were WAY nicer than most I've interacted with in the recent past. Three stars because I don't have enough experience to say much more, and I was fairly put off by my 35 minute wait. On the upside, a nurse didn't take me back and make me sit in the room for 20 minutes under the guise of seeing me on time. I think this place might work out well. There are plenty of doctors here so they can meet a variety of needs, it appears.

I highly Them if you are in need of hearing aids! The office is very clean and neat and they don't try to oversell you on anything that you don't need. He was hearing and sighted...and attacked a friend of mine when he was angry that he was asked to respect an ASL "round robin" night offered to ASL students. My only concern is that BVR seems unable or unwilling to pay for hearing aids that are crucial to actually enhancing my ability to understand what I hear (digital). I will update! That is not an issue this organization can control. I docked one star for all the years this organization has allowed itself to be listed as "Hrg Sph Deaf Ctr" because I missed my first two appointments after being unable to locate Hearing Speech and Deaf Center on Google Maps. This is a difficulty many people must face.
