I was in the end stages of telogen effluvium at the time, which is a scalp condition where your hair falls out. Mine was due to extreme emotional and physiological stress. Colleen answered the phone when I called and from that moment on pampered me. I had lost a good 2/3 of what was a nice thick head of hair. Thankfully, I still had some left to work with.
