I love my stylist and despite having really short hair and rarely get washed or styled (which is my…read morechoice), I felt I was paying too much. I got a haircut last week, they have my credit card on file. I usually tell them to go ahead and use it each time. I got home and realized I was charged $10 more than prior haircut. I called and was told my stylist raised her prices AFTER my card was charged. I feel that was unprofessional and disappointed. I left a voicemail expressing my disappointment in their lack of transparency. Never received a call back addressing a customer's (me) frustration. $86 is crazy, I wish I could post a picture of how short my hair is. I feel bad, but won't be going back.

My hair looked so damaged. So since I have to leave Monday for 3 months I figured I'd come here to see if they had time to fix my hair before I left. they immediately accommodated me and told me I could come in today ( Sunday ). Not only is the owner, very kind. But Rachel, who attended me was not only funny and really sweet but she helped me pick the perfect burgundy color that would help cancel out the hideous orange color I had. My hair came out absolutely perfect and exactly How I wanted it in the very beginning. My hair also looks much healthier and the price was amazing also! I definitely recommend Rachel and this salon! * I'll be posting a pic of the color I got at the jc penny salon and the color Rachel was able to do today!
