So I'm hoping to make a beautiful and tasty cake for this young lady turning 13, whose friends regularly eat sugar filled cake. Of course Meijer doesn't sell these cakes and I'm not a professional baker but if I were I would certainly try to accommodate my customers if I didn't carry something they needed. Long story semi short... you can't SELL a cake board and plastic cover to a customer who is making something you don't? Really? First off way to fail at customer service! Second, I HATE Walmart but at least I can buy a plastic/cardboard cake plate from them!! Update: Meijer contacted me and apologized for this encounter. They stated normally they would not sell their supplies but in certain cases a team lead should be consulted. He stated in this case they would have sold me one cake board and dome. I really appreciate that they did this and they also stated they would bring this up with the staff working that day to clarify. In either case, I still made this girls cake and it turned out great!

He was super friendly, honest, was there when we needed him and gave us space when we needed to think about things. We set up a delivery and the gentlemen who came were Zeke and Carlos. They were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Also very strong, they couldn't quite make it up our long driveway so had to carry our furniture a good bit of way to the house. They handled our furniture with care and also didn't let the extra work of carrying our furniture get in the way of their friendly demeanor. They also took our old furniture out of the house for us and carried a rocking chair to the basement. Overall excellent customer service from the time we walked through the barn doors to the time the delivery guys left our house. We got a great deal on nice furniture, I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing to purchase furniture.

Somehow the chain got LONGER. Did they replace the clasp or give me a different chain in a switch? I complained. They just said "sorry". Fast forward 6 weeks or so and I get a call, I think her name was Kathy. She said "I understand you had a problem with your repair?". I explained. She said "We will send you a $50 gift card". I dont want a gift card. I explained further the issue with the necklace and not calling me to inform me of the cost. She says " Would you prefer a REFUND of the $88?". I said yes and gave her my address. Today, we received a GIFT CARD in the mail for Roger's Jewlery. that is NOT a refund. I am extremely unhappy with this company Liberty Jewlers who is apparently owned by Roger's. Buyer beware!
