To some people, she might sound a bit cold over the phone, and even at the first meeting, but she is really just a direct person. You drive up to her house, enter through her front door, walk up the stairs, then knock. I'm writing this down because the first time I went, I wasn't sure whether to knock on the door or try it. The dress I brought to her was too big for me, so after telling me what needed to be cinched up/hemmed and giving me a quote, Olena even told me it would be better for me to just buy the dress in a smaller size to save money. It turns out she was able to do something with the straps that allowed the dress to fit more cleanly. She altered the dress that day, and I was able to pick it up the next morning! It was SO quick. She did a wonderful job, and I'm very happy with the end product. It was a bit on the expensive side - I compared prices with my other friends who had to get the same hemming elsewhere and they paid lower. But honestly, with such quick alternations, and Olena doing a great job, I would go back to see her for other dresses.

From the very beginning, the staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and lacked the warmth or guidance you'd expect from a bridal shop. Unfortunately, things only got worse from there. After waiting months, my future daughter-in-law's dress finally arrived--damaged. Not minor damage, either. And instead of doing the obvious right thing and ordering a new dress (something she paid for in full), Stephanie and her team tried to brush it off and offered to repair it--as if any bride should settle for a "fixed" gown on her wedding day. There was no apology, no urgency, and no accountability. It was clear that once they had our money, they had no interest in helping or making things right. Stephanie's attitude throughout this process was cold and completely unprofessional. Her store may sell wedding dresses, but there is absolutely nothing bridal or joyful about the way they treat their customers. Save yourself the heartbreak. This was my second time trying on dresses, and they were amazing! I had a text reminder that was…read moresent to my phone prior to my appointment and a contact number should anything need to be changed. We were greeted when we walked in and were given the run-down of the dress selection (reorderables, off the rack, etc.). There were plenty of dresses to try on and I found my dress within the first three! SL Bridal even made it so that even though the appointment slot was only an hour, I didn't need to feel rushed. She was there to assist me with clips and zips. My dress was half the price of the ones I had tried on previously and thought I had liked, but ended up went with something entirely different! They were knowledgeable and friendly. We even happened to find my MOH's dress there (only party member on my side) and they were able to give it to us for a discount since she fit in the dress as soon as she put it on and wore it beautifully, even down to the color to match! If you're just starting to look for dresses or not sure what you think you'd like, I recommend starting here. Thank you guys again for your help!
