I don't have anything to compare it to yet, but I loved that they had binders of dresses for the bridal party and I to look through to start. Seeing the dresses on other people was much less intimidating than seeing them all on the rack and having to decide from there. The binders were organized, one was made up of all off the rack dresses which was nice for a price comparison. The actual experience of the fittings was much less stressful and way more fun than I thought it would be. The lady helping me was clearly a professional, she had me in and out of them in no time, no matter the amount of buttons or petticoats. I am quite a ways out from my wedding date so want to shop some more, but I definitely plan on returning to the store in a few months and wouldn't be surprised if I found my dress here.

After we ordered the bridesmaid dresses we were told it would only take 6 weeks to come in. It has now been 12 weeks and still no dress. Every time we call to find out the status the employees are rude and snotty. Finally after a few more weeks of getting brushed off I find out is going to take another 4 to 6 weeks for the dresses to come and with the wedding less than 2 months away I'm not sure they will come back in time let alone have time for alterations to be done. They are offering no discount of any kind and because of a contract they make u sign when you place your order I can't get my money back. So unless u have lots of money to waste and lots of time to wait I would go some place else where you'd actually be able to get your dress on time.

The bride would rush over for a fitting from work at Munson only to be told she would have to walk across the street to use the bathroom at a fast food restaurant because, "it's their policy not to let anyone use their bathroom". Are you kidding me!!!!!! plus this is for the only wedding they had scheduled for the month of February, so it's not like they had a lot of people in the shop. Bride wasn't scheduled to pick up dress until 2 days before wedding, then they tell her they are closed because she is sick. My daughter was so stressed. Finally she got ahold of owner who was not happy she had to run to the store unlock the door and hand my daughter the dress. My Mother owned a bridal shop so I know this is absolutely not how you run a bridal business or treat a bride.
