Lots of people prefer to shop online, but you can't get the same service online as you can in a store. After buying an expensive fragrance, it's nice to see the clerk wrap it carefully, so you can get it home without breaking it. The one and only time I ordered a fragrance online, it was half empty due to a leak, by the time it was delivered. Macy is always a fun place to shop and even more so during the Holidays. They offer some amazing deals and their gift sets of fragrance and makeup are an annual treat. They have friendly sales staff and it's easy to spend time there, looking for something special to keep or give as a gift. The store is in a good location and parking is super easy. Wishing Macys the best in the New Year, the discounted shopping stores can't compare with Macys quality and value.

Service is good, I returned a pair of leggings and the process was fast and easy. The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is large enough to have a good selection of merchandise, from clothes, shoes, designer bags, cosmetics and accessories. The Mercato is a great place to shop, they have so many good stores and it's right off Tamiami Trail. Parking is not bad, depends on when you stop by. Sometimes there may be a wait to check out, but it's worth it to have the privilege to shop in person. In a lot of cities, good stores aren't nearly as available, another reason to be glad we live in Naples. .

It's easy to go from buying toothpaste to groceries without doing a lot of searching. Parking is good at this store and it's not hidden by side streets. You can get right out to Pine Ridge Road and be on your way. The employees are helpful and friendly, I did have to ask one of them where an item was, but they knew right off and didn't pull out their phone. Target has good products without breaking the bank. I like shopping here for the variety of quality items like shampoo or skin care, then being able to grab some groceries. Having Starbucks in the stores makes shopping better, and the locations around town make it easy to shop.

Secondly, this is most likely company policy but why do we count items that are a set or connected to eachother as two things? When we asked to exchange things in our cart that we'd rather try on first to not make two trips she said NO, like what was the point of saying no are you genuinely that mean? I wish I was the only person this happened to but the lady also slammed down another girls shorts on a chair. I understand policy and not exceeding the limit but be kind about explaining it, I don't work there! Especially if we count sets as two separate items then they should be sold SEPARATELY. Unfortunately that's not all, what really took the cake was the fact that when I got out of the dressing room the woman took all of the things in my cart and hung them up after she told me I had to leave them. Imagine the utter shock on my face when my cart disappeared... I'm not at TJ magic show! The lady wanted to make my cart and clothes disappear... well I have a trick it's called KINDNESS.
