I was amazed at how big their alcohol wine cold beer selection was stopped in at the service desk to ask if you questions both ladies behind the counter were wonderful and eager to help and answer questions, it's just very chill King Soopers everybody was doing their shopping to get their stuff headed on out it's really very well-maintained and clean. The fresh produce area looks so beautiful flower department of course is right there and just smells so wonderful so if you ever get an opportunity to stop in this one I'll go ahead and stop on in.

My first choice was closed and my second was only taking people in the drive through.. Strike two.. Then as I was walking home I noticed Sav A Lot was still open . Decided I d pop in really quick. The couple staff members were all extremely nice - and welcoming .. I also discovered their Banana chocolate cake.. OMG .. Moist, delicious and very inexpensive! The now have cat food , and although still charge for plastic bag, the clerk was so nice she offered to buy me a bag!! 3 cents in price .. 100 in class! This place is 5 stars all the way!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The store…read moremanager (wfm with dreadlocks) was on a "break" outside, along with what appeared to be her friends, aggressively confronted my 14-year-old son outside, over a bag of chips that had accidentally burst open when a 12-pack of soda fell on the bag in our grocery cart. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they began yelling at us in the outside of the store, asking if we were "going to clean it up." It was an accident that happened outside the front doors of the store and I didn't have time to process the situation and most likely would have cleaned or mentioned it to a worker when returning the shopping cart. Their tone and behavior were completely uncalled for and incredibly unsettling, especially toward a minor. This level of unprofessionalism from both management and staff is unacceptable. The employees here, especially management, need serious retraining on customer service, basic decency, and how to address situations respectfully. I will not be returning after this experience.
