They had one in Gladstone, but we had Gladstone people come to our store. They had one over on the Missouri side, two of them and those people would come to our store. Our store was the busiest store here in Kansas Overland Park I really miss I think I need things and I'll go to Biglots and of course that's in the past, you can't go to Biglots and pick anything up because there is not one they need to rethink and open one here in Overland Park. They didn't have a great selection, but good enough to get me through the weekend. They had a lot of stuff marked down to 25¢. I ended up spending $50 when I went in to buy about $3 worth of stuff. WHICH IS WHY I DON'T COME HERE!!! The guy that checked my stuff out was quiet but really nice. I had signed up for a Big Lots card a long time ago, but didn't have it. He really wanted me to get credit for the big purchase I made that day so volunteered to take the time to fix my old account so I'd get those "points" even when I told him he didn't really have to go to the effort if he was too busy. He wasn't that busy, so was perfecty happy to do it. I'll definitely go back, although I'll have to be careful not to buy too much.

About a month ago my mom went to get some cheap pots for her plants and saw clearance outside and saw some pots that were on the shelf so she took 1 inside to buy and it didn't ring up as clearance so my mom calmly said she got it from the shelf outside and when this same lady heard her she once again yelled and had an attitude saying it's not clearance even though she wasn't the one ringing her up. My mom now doesn't like going here because the lady was so mean and rude for no reason. We also have went there when it was supposed to be open but the store wasn't and there was a note on the door saying that one of the employees came in to help open but the manager wasn't there and that this wasn't the first time too. This place has now lost our business for how unprofessional and rude this one employee was!
