After waiting 1.25 hours we were advised "we cannot take care of you because we don't have a lift for your car" We have a Tesla. Huh? I don't believe a companywide communication hasn't gone out about this. The manager yesterday (June 25 2023) was short and rude. We asked if they could at least fill our tire and that took another 45 mins to get that done. BTW - we went to Discount Tire in Portage MI and they didn't need a lift (great service there) They just jacked up the corner of our car. I'm sure Walmart could have done the same thing but I'm glad they didn't because they probably wound have done a half a$$ job. Discount Tire has a forever customer. Walmart has a not ever customer.
