This store's pickup service is absolutely terrible! I always have to wait for my groceries, even though I text the "I'm on my way." Yesterday (6/4/26) was the worst - we had a 30-minute wait!! When I attempted to call the number for that department, no one answered & the mailbox was full. I call the store and asked to speak to a manager (front-end Manager) and he acted like he could care less. When I told him I was feed up with this location & was switching to Meijers, he basically said you gotta do what you gotta do. Worst Walmart I've ever shopped at. read more

They don't have enough cart pusher and most of the time they leave the carts out a lot. They don't hire people that want to work and can make that Walmart a good one. They don't care much about the employees health and safety. The call in points are a joke for any Walmart. The prices for food can be out right a joke for Walmart altogether. Also they don't support their employees and don't back up their employees. The coaches take more time off and don't care about working. The company in general don't care how each Walmart is being run. They let the coaches and the head person of each Walmart run the store. The prices are jack up and don't care at all. This is not a place to work or shop at. Don't go work or shop there. Even when you try to get anywhere with the company you get back track and don't care what happens to you. read more

Awful. Horrible customer service. I'd give this a zero star if I could. We had a nail in our tire on the way back from Northern MI to Kalamazoo on a Sunday and unfortunately Walmart is the only place open so we stopped and made an appointment as it's "first come, first serve" which is understandable. After waiting 1.25 hours we were advised "we cannot take care of you because we don't have a lift for your car" We have a Tesla. Huh? I don't believe a companywide communication hasn't gone out about this. The manager yesterday (June 25 2023) was short and rude. We asked if they could at least fill our tire and that took another 45 mins to get that done. BTW - we went to Discount Tire in Portage MI and they didn't need a lift (great service there) They just jacked up the corner of our car. I'm sure Walmart could have done the same thing but I'm glad they didn't because they probably wound have done a half a$$ job. Discount Tire has a forever customer. Sadly, the reviews speak for itself. This location is one of the dirtiest ones I have been to. During the pandemic they have many signs posted to wear a mask and about 25% of those entering wear them. The manager was extremely rude in mentioning the mask mandate issue. She blamed it not being enforced on medical reasons. I can see that being true for some, but not for large families and almost everyone coming in the door. The store floors did not look clean, carts were not being sanitized, and produce in the grocery area was hit or miss. Unfortunately, for many people in Cadillac this is an only option, but if it were me I'd head down the street to Meijer! read more

I love the Walmart in Cadillac, Mi. The store is clean, easy to navigate and carries just about everything! The prices are reasonable, the employees are not only helpful, they remember you! Walmart has great end of the season sales. Their fried and roast chicken is the least salty between KFC, Family Fare and Meijers. Having said that, each of these stores has its own strengths, but I shop at Walmart the most frequently. Can you guys bring back your Sam's seed bread? read more

This location is by far the "worst". I have lived in the Cadillac area for over 6 years now. With "all the growth" Cadillac is experiencing" you would think THIS location would "do some updating" and management is very poor. Why? The lines are "short staffed ALWAYS", and the store is sloppy and grocery section(especially "produce" is a MESS. Even on weekends the produce looks have DEAD. ALWAYS...Come on now WALMART, get it together. Or soon "you'll be closing "your doors at this location"...I can(and "have been" going to the "Big Rapids store" lately, as "both stores are within the same distance from my location in Luther, Mi. If it "wasn't for the new "Hobby Lobby" in Cadillac and TJ Maxx, I would not bother at all with this Walmart Location. read more

Went to pick up a prescription at the drive up and it was closed. I walked into the store to the pharmacy and that was closed and it was 8:10 PM. Reviewing their hours of operation it was supposed to be open later than 8:10 PM. I had to walk the width of the store to find out that the pharmacy was closed I wasn't very happy due to my medical condition. After reviewing their schedule it was my error by getting there later than their post at times. read more

Scheduled grocery pick up between 6-7. I arrived about 630. They said it would be ready around 8 because they were short staffed. I asked if they would send a notification when it was ready because I didn't quite know the process. He said he didn't know the process either. So I went home and called around 8. They said it was ready so I drove back and called. Nobody answered so I left a message. Didn't hear anything for about 20 minutes so I called again. Finally someone answered and said they will bring out the groceries as soon as they're able to. Waited for almost another hour before they brought them out. read more

I went to pick up my groceries today and watch several people come and go as I waited. One of the people came over after waiting a half hour to ask the name on the order then waited another half hour while more people have come and gone. After finally getting my groceries I called the store to talk to a manager after being patched through the phone rang for 5 minutes and no answer. So I hung up and called back while in the phone the person on the phone was trying to get the service desk to answer after about 5 minutes of this I was so frustrated I just hung up the phone. I'm officially done with Walmart! I was charged twice for a $40 item and didn't realize it until I got home. I called to see if I could get a refund over the phone. No! Their mistake but I have to drive back to the store to get it taken care of. Once there, no apology, just here is your refund. Not even a goodbye for that matter. My most recent experience was last night with my best friend. We were trying to find a terra-cotta pot for me to paint. My friend and I trotted over to the garden center and must've been the only people there; not even five seconds after entering, this employee named Jonathon bolted right next to me. I'm not a fan of somebody popping my personal bubble and he was just staring at me. I finally asked him how he was and if he didn't mind moving back a little bit. It was very uncomfortable and I didn't appreciate the feeling like he thought we were stealing or something. We got the pot for me to paint and Jon followed us to paint before finally walking away after my friend announced to the employee that I was his wife (im not, but something had to give). If went from the vibe that he didn't trust us to this guy is being incredibly flirtatious. It's not really a review on the store itself but more of a review to say watch the employees. This is honestly not the first time I've had a male WalMart employee at just the Cadillac location creep on me. read more
