The gal running the register was able to look up that particular pair and get the exact price.......how impressive! All she had to do was enter in the make and model and size and she got all the information she needed. Lucky for me they were half price (probably because the tag was missing and nobody else wanted to take the time to see how much they were). I also got a cute little necklace.......I can't wait to show it off. This place is definitely on my list of places to visit the next time I am in the area.

Many that I've been to are way overpriced with very little selection, so I tend to stick with online shopping or larger department stores. HOWEVER. Sweet Pea. Exception! I was graciously given a Sweet Pea gift certificate and so I popped in before departing TC -- I should've given myself more time. There is such great selection, it's almost like a mini department store. Many stores within a store as they carry several brands that operate sort of like small displays within the store. My FAVORITE brand Aden & Anais -- oodles of stuff. Heaven. They also have great clothing like Tea, etc. The stroller selection is out of this world. Seriously. Wow. If you are looking for ANYTHING child related, this is your place. Great for gifts of course, but truly even for your own kids. I spoke with Jeff (the owner and father of FOUR!) and he is truly knowledgable about all of the brands and extremely involved in the products he offers. Him and I went to the same high school! The staff was also very friendly, helping me with sizes and showing me a few things I didn't know about. Sweet Pea is everything that a baby/kid store should be. Right in Downtown TC. Lucky ducks! However, he straight up lied about being the head manager of the store and was nobody else who could help me. Truth is a friend of Adam's named Chris, who is the head manager. He also has a bad attitude and only helped out by me making a formal complaint to corporate. They spoke to Chris and sent the case number to him. Less the 5 minutes later, he called me and said they would send me the 3 pills I was shorted. I was told I could no longer get my Rx in Cadallic and Ludington. I called Ludington to find out that was false as well. I'm just letting you all know the truth about Adam as a pharmacist. He lies, gives out broken pill and powder. Then tell you that you did it,because he can guarantee it. Just keep your eyes on him at work. He is always busy talking to anyone who is there, but customers.

My smart phone wasn't being so smart--hence my GPS failed me, but thankfully I called Baabaazuzu and their staff was super friendly with giving me easy directions to their awesome storefront. Once I got to the official Baabaazuzu factory I was overwhelmed by how many beautiful products they create. I've purchased their famous mittens downstate for many gifts (and myself), but had no idea how expansive their green and as they say ; "upcycled" line truly is. After making my purchase, I was lucky to get a cool tour around the facility. I got to see their huge wool piles, beautiful button collection PLUS designers in action!!! :) I felt like I was on a grownup field trip. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone in the Traverse City area; only 30 minutes away from this interactive shopping experience.
