This store has a wide variety from tools to furniture to dollar bins and food. A very great selection! However, many of the food items (and even a few beauty items) are beyond expiration. During Covid and the pandemic they do not follow guidelines so employees and many customers do not wear a mask. If you follow guidelines during the pandemic this is not the place for you.

Adam is extremely rude, calls you a liar when you call in, and explains that your pills are broken…read moreand powder in the bottle. He is the head pharmacist in Cadallic. However, he straight up lied about being the head manager of the store and was nobody else who could help me. Truth is a friend of Adam's named Chris, who is the head manager. He also has a bad attitude and only helped out by me making a formal complaint to corporate. They spoke to Chris and sent the case number to him. Less the 5 minutes later, he called me and said they would send me the 3 pills I was shorted. I was told I could no longer get my Rx in Cadallic and Ludington. I called Ludington to find out that was false as well. I'm just letting you all know the truth about Adam as a pharmacist. He lies, gives out broken pill and powder. Then tell you that you did it,because he can guarantee it. Just keep your eyes on him at work. He is always busy talking to anyone who is there, but customers.

I politely asked management, if they could please repeat what they just stated to me again. Management, became defensive and insulting toward me, while inappropriately laughing and insulting me. Insisting that they were insulted by my polite request to have them repeat the information they gave me over the phone, when the phone cut out. I had no idea what management was talking about and proceeded to try to straighten out the misunderstanding. Management became even more insulting and rudely demanded to know what I wanted. I have shopped with Dollar Tree, at this location and have never had a problem with their staff, ever. Managements' behavior was rude, insulting, unprofessional, unacceptable and I will never shop there again..

Also they don't support their employees and don't back up their employees. The coaches take more time off and don't care about working. The company in general don't care how each Walmart is being run. They let the coaches and the head person of each Walmart run the store. The prices are jack up and don't care at all. I'd give this a zero star if I could…read more We had a nail in our tire on the way back from Northern MI to Kalamazoo on a Sunday and unfortunately Walmart is the only place open so we stopped and made an appointment as it's "first come, first serve" which is understandable. After waiting 1.25 hours we were advised "we cannot take care of you because we don't have a lift for your car" We have a Tesla. Huh? I don't believe a companywide communication hasn't gone out about this. The manager yesterday (June 25 2023) was short and rude. We asked if they could at least fill our tire and that took another 45 mins to get that done. BTW - we went to Discount Tire in Portage MI and they didn't need a lift (great service there) They just jacked up the corner of our car. I'm sure Walmart could have done the same thing but I'm glad they didn't because they probably wound have done a half a$$ job. Discount Tire has a forever customer. Walmart has a not ever customer.
