I came in here and attempted to make it to where I needed to go, but could not find a clear path to what I wanted. Not only were the aisles packed with people, but there was clutter just about everywhere you went. The noise level in here was close to unbearable. I blame that on the child that fell out of the cart while no one was watching it. That screaming was kind of blood curdling. For as many people that were in here you would think that there would have been more than one register open. The line was definitely backed up and going slow, made for a less than pleasant visit here.

The store layout has changed…read moresince the last time I was in there (about 1 or so ago), but new layout is spaced out nicely to allow for social distancing around the store. Everything was staged neatly and items were easy to access. There were a good amount of staff members around the store. The checkout is mainly self out now (it seems they are encouraging customers to use a card when checking out as opposed to cash). I appreciated the abundance of self check out kiosks. The line moved quickly.

Most of the sections were well organized, but the stuffed animal section was a little confusing. I couldn't tell which items were $5 and which ones were more than $5. Some products are actually more than $5, so I wish the prices were a little lower. Overall, though, I'm happy with my purchase!

Brands included name-brands (e.g., Bounty, Converse, Fancy Feast, L'oréal, Pampers, and T-Fal) and the Target brand. Prices ranged from low to moderate. I bought a dry-erase eraser, and it had a reasonable quality and price. I used the self-checkout and experienced no problems with the machine.

Ah! When I went inside the store, it reminded me of competing discount stores. Seasons of America similarly sells party supplies, holiday decorations, other seasonal items such as outdoor supplies, office and craft supplies, cleaning products, health and beauty products, some pet supplies, some foods, and some clothing. Prices were low. Examples of prices were $0.50 for a greeting card, $1.25 for a bottle of shampoo, and $35 for a holiday decoration. I bought several items--a gift bag, coloring book, aluminum foil, hole puncher, body wash, conditioner, and dice--and all of them cost less than $2 each. A couple of cash registers were open. The cashiers said hello and thank you. I do recommend that they wear their face masks over their noses rather than around their chins.

This visit was for my wife and we were shopping, mostly, for summery pants, etc. We left with four pants, a dress, and two tops for under $140! I am still amazed! My wife found much of what she wanted and she is feeling good about herself (that is the #1 goal). All in all, we were thrilled with the results.

BUT check everyone's bags not just the black people... A worker/manager (see photo) told me to check/leave my bags at the front, which I obliged - again due to the area. However, neglected to ask any other non-black patrons to do the same (see photos). I then had to stand in line for 10 minutes to retrieve my belongings because they had one person working the register. Took my business next door to dollar tree, and BBB will be hearing about this.

There are several registers…read morethroughout the store, but there is only one set that is actually open (right near the mall entrance). Nothing actually has price tags on it. Well, there are tags, but the part where the price is is ripped off. So you have to depend on signage and for a lot of stuff, there just isn't signage. And they don't have a way to check the price (except to go to a register or ask an associate and you will have a hard time finding someone). I came into the store with an online return. It should have been simple since I had the packing slip with all of the information on it. The girl at the register said they don't do online returns. I know they do so I asked if there was someone else who could help me. She called someone else over and they said the same thing. I came back a few days later and they were able to easily make the return, so it shows that they need to better train their staff. Overall, the store does look nice and well maintained. They just make it difficult to actually shop there.
