However, Southern Maryland ain't Jersey so the crowds were well behaved and the help was genuinely nice pointing you to neat and orderly racks gently persused by customers not looking for a cage match. They did have a pretty decent sale going on, but the sale was a bit weird. They to compound it with the way they do clearance and you are right out confused. You really have to look to make sure what you are looking at is the right price as it is listed. After a few minutes of my mind being boggled, I decided it was time to exit and keep this in mind as I was about to go to a competitor. I wanted to compare prices before I committed to an item.

There was some sort of layout to follow. The selection varied. I'm happy to see that this store was moved to allow for a larger layout. That allowed for me to find items that are great staples to have on hand as a just in case. I stayed in the food aisle for a bit because you never know what items might show up on the shelves. I ventured into the drink aisle as well and found some sodas I wanted. Being in the one liter variety they were just right for me. I also had a look in the cooler/freezer section. I went light in this area because I was so far away from home and still had some shopping to do. I know this is an overstated fact about this establishment, but you get a lot for your money when you shop here. I came out of here with a few bags. The employees looked a bit tired and a bit offstandish to deal with.

I love shopping on base, and this base's exchange gets better every time I come to town. It's…read morenearly doubled its size the last few years, offering a great inventory of most things. The employees here are always really helpful and make the experience here enjoyable. I like that this base doesn't get as insanely busy as Andrews and other exchanges in the area. The food court is decent here, too. The only real negative thing I have to say is that the wait in line can easily get long because they only have a few check out counters here, and it does not accomodate the facility very well. Hopefully they will add more clerks and counters soon!

This is the WORST greenhouse ever sold. We've had so many problems we had to HIRE someone to put together and he said it was poorly designed and seriously flawed. It's only 6 months old and the door doesn't close properly the windows don't seal so it leaks we had have braces added to keep roof from sagging the door knobs pop-off VERY easily they knobs are creating a dent in the other door when closing the lever used to "lock" door pops off and now a CLOSED window just BLEW OFF! I'm going to have to HIRE someone to fix or at least repair over the THREE THOUSAND we've already spent to get this monstrosity usable! DON'T waste your money! Look elsewhere! I specifically asked the sales person will they take the mattress, she assured me they would pick the mattress up. Well guess what they refused to take it. Reason being they cant contaminate the other mattress on truck. There was nothing wrong with the old mattress no stains anything. Read the fine print. I am 70 years old in poor shape, I cant lift a king size mattress into my truck to take it to the dump.

I was looking for some items for my apartment that this chain usually carried. And since they had signs on it all the place that the store was closing and there were extra discounts, I was in. Walking in you could tell that items were already picked over and it was hard to tell which department was where. You didn't have that merchandise to the ceiling look everyone is used to. I ended up getting some bedsheets, a duvet, and a shower curtain. All things that I wanted/needed at a much less price than I expected. I mean, I wasn't expecting to find anything, but I wound up with these three items which came out to be less than one at the two nearby department stores. If I would have put more thought into this visit, I would have gotten a cart and made my way through this store with a fine toothed comb. I would have for sure made sure I went up and down every aisle to just snag a deal on an item I could have used. But, honestly, there wasn't going to be much left if I came back. Sad that a going out of business sale brought me back to here, but I'm glad I did end up here.
