I had a last minute issue and needed 2 graduation gowns immediately & there was no place in NYC that I could walk into and obtain one due to covid. Everywhere else was doing deliveries only which was inconvenient for me. I called and explained my situation. Traffic was going to put me at the location close to when It closed. The staff stayed as long as they could as they had another obligation but was in communication with me. I was able to make payment over the phone and they placed the item where I would be able to retrieve It although the gates were down and sent a photo to my phone. I came and the item was where they said It would be, with the receipt, properly packaged and was exactly what I wanted. I literally could cry! YOU GUYS WERE LIFE SAVERS ! Thank you thank you thank youuuuuuu!!!!!!

Merchandise is well stock with abundant inventory. I rather not pay full price for feminine hygiene, cleaning, and toiletries items when closeouts is discounted. Checkout line is well queued and orderly. No comment on customer service as I was browsing the aisles as I did not have any specific need. Note: No fitting room for clothing trial. It is either hit or miss for size, style, or one's personal interest.

Who doesn't love Lot Less? It is a great store where you can find all kinds of items. Houseware,…read moreclothing, beauty/ skincare, electronics, and more. The reason for the four stars is because I don't really know where some of these items come from, such as makeup that used to be in regular stores from like two years ago. They also have a lot of bath items that have been imported from other countries. Also the clothes items appear to be cheaply made. I do like Lot Less for their houseware items. I can get a curtain set for my living room window, some bathroom products for my bathroom, or some electric items/ dishware for my kitchen. They have items you see on T.V. here for great prices. Find yourself a Lot Less. Happy Yelping!

I've compared their selection from big box stores to dollar stores. However, the price points and quality at this store are great! I'm not certain where they obtain their supplies, but they tend to have high quality products at unbelievable prices time and time again. This store sells a variety of things like a Tuesday Morning store but not as many household items, but they do carry a decent selection (ie: plates, food processors, buffet warmers, etc.). In addition they have baking and cooking accessories. The store is divided into easy to navigate sections. Up the ramp to the right are household/ entertainment items. Down the ramp to the left are toys and crafting items. Going into this store is almost like going into Michael's, I can get lost in it as you never know what you might unearth.

Found prices to be reasonable and less costly at TNT Liquidators than if you went to shop at BJ's or Costco. Will be back again to search for more bargains. Happy shopping.
