At least two hygenists don't work in any kind of coordinated manner when cleaning. They jump all over the place in the mouth. You can barely feel them cleaning. One hygenist stood up several times during the session to clean my teeth! Prices change from appointment to appointment or from one family member to another (prices change once a year in January according to the fee schedule). Three members of my family come here and our appointments are within weeks of each other and they are all different prices! I have questioned this with the front desk staff and have never received a straightforward answer that makes sense! It seems they've lost patients as it's very, very quiet in there, even though there are still covid protocols in place. it's time to look elsewhere for dental care for myself and my family.

Cons: Their billing system is not transparent, not easy to understand. I've done accounting and can't make heads or tails of it. Beyond confusing. I don't know what kind of a retarded system they are using to generate bills. Looks more like creative accounting. Imagine my surprise when a full year later, I get a bill for an unpaid invoice. I pay in full after every visit. I have never received a bill from any dentist or anyone a year later. Something doesn't make sense here. I paid it and told them that going forward, you snooze, you loose. I'm not paying ancient bills. Patients make appointments for a reason. Don't hassle us to come in earlier than scheduled because someone canceled or you're not busy. Not our problem. Don't try to scare your patients by fear mongering for profit. Some of us actually do get second opinions. Try improving your attitude and maybe you'll be a five star service again.

I have severely sensitive teeth, so I was terrified to get my Invisalign put on because of the sensitivity, the hygienist took her time and did everything she could to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed during the process (despite it being more time consuming and difficult for her). The front desk workers do everything they can to accommodate my school and work schedule as well. Dr. Chu is funny, kind and really cares about the functionality of the office.
