    The worst & I mean the absolute worst Customer Service . I wouldn't recommend this company to…read moreanyone & I will never do business with them again . Plenty of other honest businesses out there who value customers & will appreciate them . The employees I dealt with didn't want to be bothered with nothing , quick to point the blame finger at me, they were right and I was wrong kind of thing , technician cut the part out he took out of furnace in pieces before leaving my house ( why , idk ) but it kinda of questions the motive , did not ask if I wanted this & that done , didn't have the part and was gone a long time to get new part . In the end I paid for a job that took literally 10 minutes to do but was stretched out for over 2 hours just to collect $ from an innocent individual. I was told one thing about my fee for a service and was charged a totally different fee. No Charge Receipt was given to me nor was I told what was being processed on my debit card at the time of Service . And when I called to question the transaction after discovering it on my bank account , management was quick to blame me and directly said I misunderstood things and that everything looks good from their end . Unreal . NO INVOICE either @ the time of Service on 11/22/23. It wasn't until I called and questioned the unauthorized charge that an invoice was attached to an email management sent me telling me how I misunderstood and everything looks good from their end . But the technician had a 8x10 pad on him and had plenty of room to write dollar charge and what was done at my house . The moral message here is for customers not to be trustworthy of businesses & don't be afraid to advocate for yourselves . People will take advantage of you . I learned the hard way by this experience and never again will I trust this company nor do business with them and above all , I wouldn't recommend them to anyone . Being in the customer service field myself , I was appalled , shocked and in disbelief that any business would conduct themselves the way things were carried out with me .

    Bought a brand new furnace three years ago. Broke last March. Was told because I didn't pay for a…read moregold plan that I wasn't a priority to get my heat fixed. Finally got someone out to fix the NEW furance after a day of arguing and contacting corporate. This fall I had them come out and inspect and clean the furnace and paid $576 for the gold plan. this morning woke up with no heat. Called for my gold 24/7 service and was told by their answering service that the branch manager, Eric, said to not take more calls REGARDLESS if someone had paid for the service or not. I asked to speak with him and his only help was to say sorry and they were busy. I asked when someone would come and he said he didn't know and that he'd call me back when he got to the office in 3-4 hours. The storm was forecasted and should be staffed for not to mention the branch manger might want to consider going to work early. AND a brand new furnace that was just inspected probably shouldnt repeatedly break. stand behind your product.

He said if they are working fine then wait it out. I then joined the "Advantage Services Club", whereby I get high priority for a service call; included in the fee is an annual tune-up of the system. "Peace of mind" working with the second largest Plumbing/Heating service in the ROC area. Second "no charge" home visit was to assess how I should increase the heat in the basement (for a guest room). Once again Steve offered several "work around" options that did not cost much. The service call in May will take care of the suggestions. No charge for expert advice; no pressure to buy anything. Do not confuse a new company who are trying to get customers with a look alike company name: Betlem Residential Heating. I don't like that approach.

I scrambled thinking I made a mistake, and after they looked at my furnace for 10 minutes they said we can't do any maintenance because we need to replace parts A and B before we can even begin to do the yearly maintenance, and we will add on an additional service fee to as an additional insurance , good for one year in case we need to come back. This is the second time I have experienced this from this company. It's an extended warranty type scam. RUN don't walk away from this company. Complete and total fraud.

I allowed it to run for 3 hours non stop and my apartment wasn't getting cool at all. I decided to call HPHAC and spoke with Megan. Megan said she's get someone to call me back in a few minutes. Well the few minutes ended up being a bit longer. Anyway to get to the point. Today two HPHAC employees showed up and corrected the adjustment on my AC Remote. My apartment feels very comfortable and cool now. Thanks High Performance Heating and cooling for keeping me cool and comfortable. You guys are the best! I am one happy customer Thank you!!!     "Worse review I could possibly give - Zero Stars!!" I don't…read moreusually give reviews but I do read them. I live in a senior complex with subsidized housing and am on a fixed income. Last summer was my first full summer in my new apartment and I needed an air conditioner. I applied to the Cooling Program affiliated with HEAP for a free air conditioner. When I was accepted, I received a listing of companies who participate in the program by giving and installing air conditioners. High Performance Heating and Air (HPHA) was one of the companies listed. I contacted them because they were closest to my apartment complex. Two young men arrived with a 17-inch GE air conditioner, brand new still in the box. One of the men unboxed the unit and installed it in my window, screwing it to the window frame and the bottom sash while the other man just stood there and watched. Imagine my surprise when the maintenance person for my apartment complex informed me that because the installers for HPHA "mounted" the air conditioner to the frame and window, I would need to replace both at my expense. I received an invoice for $302 for the replacement of the frame and bottom sash. I also received a document stating HPHA will be reimbursed $800 from the HEAP Cooling Program for their assistance in providing the air conditioner and installing it. I contacted HPHA through email and told them my situation twice before I finally received a call back. I again explained the situation to a person who identified herself as Megan. She stated she would call me back. When I did receive a return call, Megan informed me that she had spoken to her boss who in turn told her to tell me mounting the air conditioner was "standard practice" therefore they would not be paying for the frame replacement! If I had been told HPHA's "standard practice" was to mount a small 17-inch air conditioner in a window, I would not have let them install it. They should let customers know how they install an air conditioner, even one of small size, before they even schedule an appointment. They are being paid $800 for an air conditioning unit that retails at Walmart for approximately $140 and for the roughly 15 minutes it took one person to install. I now have a bill for $302 that I can't afford due to HPHA's "standard practice" that they don't inform potential customers about while they're walking away with $800 (and I'm sure an enormous profit). Don't give them your business. They are only interested in making a profit at the expense of low-income people like myself and they're using the HEAP Cooling program to do it. In addition to posting this review, I am contacting my local HEAP office and letting them know what High Performance Heating and Air is doing to the people HEAP is trying to help.

    I am a Happy Lady this morning, I had my Mitsubishi Heating and Cooling Unit installed . I have a…read moresingle wide manufactured home with a Add a room the size of the home that has been cold since I bought the place going on two years ago now . I tried everything . Last night I turned off all the Electric base board heaters ,and set my new unit to keep my whole place warm for the night . I woke this morning, and it was warm !!!! so happy the whole place was warm ! Yes its warming out side but the mornings are always cold in that add a room . This is how the job went . I called Noco when I decided to spend the money and stop complaining about the cold place I had bought. JUMP in and spend!! it its worth it , And the people at Noco the best . I got an appointment for the next week to have it done . They came, it took a few hours , they finished that day . I am so happy with the unit and the Men that installed it . Even The service man came to check on the installers and how the job was going. His name is Dave, My Installers were Dave, and Andrew . My sales person was so informative, The Best ! His name is Steve. He also came to check the project. I couldn't praise them any more the 5 stars ? But I would have !!!!!Great Company! They did not take advantage of the fact that I was over a barrel. Anyone who's dealt with furnace companies should appreciate that.
